Er werd gecontroleerd of het defect thuis te herstellen was.
Toen bleek dat dat niet het geval was werd de monitorarm direct vervangen. Deze werd de volgende dag al bezocht.

Natuurlijk vervelend als iets defect is, en al gebeurd het gelukkig niet vaak, we lossen het graag op deze manier op.

Outstanding product and exceptional support
Fantastic experience overall. The support team was incredibly fast, friendly, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. I initially had some concerns because support was located abroad, but those were completely unfounded – communication was excellent and even handled in German. Truly outstanding service.
The product itself is simply superb. I’ve tried several monitor arms before, but this one is on another level: rock-solid stability, great adjustability, premium build quality, and excellent cable management.

Solides Produkt - wir haben zwei Monitorarme und sind sehr zufrieden. Als ich heute ein paar Fragen hatte, da bei uns ein paar Schrauben im Umzug abhanden gekommen waren, wurde mir schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Danke!

Nachhaltigkeit großgeschrieben!
Nach meinen Umzug habe ich die Montageteile für meines Monitorarms verloren.
Nach Ausfindig machen welche Teile mir fehlen, wurden mit diese kostenfrei zugesandt.
Das nenne ich Kundenservice und zu dem Nachhaltig ist das ganze auch, ansonsten hätte ich diese Halterung entsorgen müssen.
Daher immer wieder gerne!
