These lenses are cheap but very dangerous. They have damaged my corneas after they dried out my eyes and the lens fractured and shattered and scratched my cornea. They simply do not let enough oxygen through and caused such strain on my eye that they developed near-ulcers - which are huge swellings around the edge of the lens area that almost burst into ulcers. Cheap and certainly nasty.

I stoped using them and my eyes are absolutely ruined. They are so sensitive that I can’t go out in the sun and I really hope they heal. This is disgraceful. Other people are reporting irreversible damage being caused. Read other reviews.

I've bought thousands of your lenses, so please don't try that denial. Every optician that I have spoken to have had nothing good to say about the standard of your lenses and the lack of gas permeability is one of the first things they say. They also say that you will not reveal what your lenses are actually made of. And just because you get a license in the UK, it means nothing any more. My eyes are the evidence of the damage they can cause. They should only be worn for short periods of time. Hardly suitable or fit for purpose.

Just love daysoft. Been with them for as long as I've been wearing contacts. Various times over the years I've been tempted to try competitors, often two or three times the price. Always come back to daysoft for comfort, quality, service and price. Always deliver on time, safely and securely. The comfort for me isn't better anywhere else. Highly recommend, thanks Daysoft.

Delivered my order to the wrong address and will not not arrive for a critical date. Second order they have unsuccessfully delivered. Customer service team unhelpful and unapologetic.

I've been a customer of daysoft lenses for 20+ years and that's not an exaggeration. I remember years ago, seeing the daysoft lenses website and reading about Ron Hamilton, the creator and founder of daysoft lenses and how he was bringing contact lenses to the masses at an affordable price so we were no longer getting ripped off by high street stores. I loved the fact that I could get my daily lenses at a reasonable cost, delivered to my door by a company, who I thought was not money hungry and genuinely cared about the eye health of it's customers.
Where do I go from here? I'm at a loss, I'm disappointed and disenchanted and honestly annoyed. It started with Brexit and all of a sudden, I was being charged 1/3 extra of the cost of the lenses for delivery because I lived in Ireland. I emailed daysoft but nothing could be done about the delivery costs. A few months later, daysoft EU was born and now I could get my lenses again from daysoft without paying the exorbitant delivery costs (because of Brexit, as I was told by daysoft). Happy Days I thought, Yippee!! Now I can finally afford my lenses again (God! Thank u, the weight off my mind, I'm on a tight budget and I couldn't afford the additional delivery costs )little did I know, I was being led into a false sense of security and now the delivery charges are back up so a monthly supply of daysoft lenses including delivery now costs me just under €30 and my contacts will take 7-10 days to arrive. I can get monthly contact lenses delivered to my door in 2 days and they'll cost less than what daysoft are charging so why would I bother? And what really annoys me and leaves me fuming is that when I google daysoft EU lenses, apparently they are available for about a fiver for 30 lenses (I have the screenshots if any of u r interested) but when u click into the website and add your address, the price of the lenses has magically doubled? So explain that one to me, Daysoft, I'd love to hear your explanation about why you are advertising your lenses on daysoft EU for €4.99 a month but once I put in my Irish address, somehow the price has more than doubled? I'll be more than happy to send you the screenshots of the €4.99 price on your EU website when you google daysoft lenses

The lenses are great and affordable, have been using them for 4 years and the customer service is outstanding!
I had a delayed order -probably due to postal issues but I had no data at the time- and they immediately sent an express delivery pair of boxes to arrive in time for my trip.

Been happily using Daysoft Silk for over 11 years now. Great price, great lenses and delivered direct to my door.

Honestly very happy with these daily contacts, they don't dry up on me in a few hours like other brands do and I got 2 months worth and were a bit cheaper to buy then my usual brand!!
Will be sticking with these, value for money , simple packaging, less waste , maybe a little fiddly to open but worth every penny.

I first tried Daysoft lenses about 3 years ago after seeing an advert on the underground. I have used them ever since and have not been disappointed.
The lenses are comfortable and I can wear them all day.
I really cannot relate to some critical reviews here. In 3 years I have never experienced any problems with delivery, the lenses, the solution in which the lenses are held or the packaging.
In fact I applaud the packaging which is minimal and yet 100% effective, so less waste.
Summary: inexpensive but does the job well.

Price increase and charge for delivery.
These were the best lenses 7-8years ago until they reduced the packaging and made the little plastic containers tiny. Some come out of the blister pack dry as there is a serious lack of saline in each tray now.
Bring back the old packaging and stop blaming it on reducing plastic when it's really reducing your own costs.

Been using them for years. Absolutely have to change them at 10 - 12 hours maximum so need to take your specs if you’re going to be out late.
Fairly frequent incidents of lenses coming out of the carton damaged and more difficult than others to extract.
All this was acceptable given how inexpensive they were: cheap enough to bin a dodgy lens without worrying. Unfortunately the price has increased exponentially over the last two years and they non longer represent the same value for money. You can now buy lenses that are easier to extract and have a range of sizes and curve as well as power for not much more money.
Shop around.

Been a long time user of daysoft (probably 5+years). I used to order through my parents and recently moved and started to order for myself. Great lenses and cheap. On my first subscription order the postman delivered to the wrong address but I spoke with Elijah from customer service earlier today and they very quickly approved a replacement. Great service with prompt replies. I’ll probably change this if they don’t end up coming but knowing their track record, I have little doubt. Will continue ordering

l got in touch with them to inform them that things are not improving:

Unfortunately l can see that the company is visibly increasing the price of the contact lens from £8.32 in May 2024 (Box 32 lenses), £8.64 a box in Oct 2024, £ 8.96 in January 2025. They are increasing the price and cherry on the cake, the shipping is no longer free, disappointingly it is £1.99. How could this be possible?

Hence time passes and Daysoft instead awarding fidelity customers, makes their customers spending more money, seriously?
Does this mean Daysoft is looking to lose regular customers?

Where do I start..... the container pot they come in is so small and fidlery it's hard to open and get them out. The lenses are so big hard to put in my eyes, by 4 hours they have to come out because my eyes and lenses are so dry wont be buying again worst contact lenses I have ever brought

I've been using Daysoft for the last 4-5 years now and I've never had a problem at all - the website is easy to navigate, use and remembers my prescription for quick reordering.

Recently, I had a couple of lenses which had dried up in the packaging and could not be used. I contacted Daysoft and had a reply within 24 hours and some replacement lenses out within 72 hours.

Keep up the good work, I'll continue to use and recommend to others.
