Absolutely disgraceful at how long my DBS check has taken to get here and is still not here, I have lost a job because of your lies, using second hand postage stamps aswell? , you are playing with people s lives? Why on earth in this day and age can it not be sent over in a email are digitally enhanced.

After everything was sorted it went very quickly and efficiently.

DO NOT USE this company! Awful, underhand tactics. Charging £81.50 for a BASIC DBS when you can use the gov.uk website and get one for £21.50 – an unjust markup. Don't fall foul to them like I did. I foolishly made my mistake – naively never needing a DBS before but in a rush use them as they were the first company to come up on Google. As soon as I realised my stupid error I emailed the company within 24 hours and asked for a refund. I was told they wouldn't give me the full fee back as per their terms & conditions on the website. Hands up it was my own stupid mistake but they have made me feel like I have been scammed in some way. Not a good representation of a Government umbrella company. Please don't be a fool like me and give them any of your hard-earned money!
