i have waited on my order now since 26th july with no updates or delivery, i have contacted ddlg world and i haven't been contacted back, i've shopped with them before and they were great however this time around they haven't been as great

Unfortunately I haven't received a reply to any of my emails to customer service after I received the wrong items. I didn't get what I paid for. What was meant to be a bit of fun turned into something quite annoying. The items themselves are fine but don't correspond with my order and there seems to be no means to communicate with the company to find a solution. Frustrating and frankly bizarre. Unless they read this and sort out the issue I'd avoid unless you want a kind of (un)lucky dip in the items you receive -with no way of getting an exchange or the refund which is a basic legal right.

It's been 2 months and my package didn't arrive

Company did not respond to a single support request. The quality and characteristics of the items purchased were poor and inaccurate. No response was given and a return/refund was requested.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE. I ordered a bunch of gear and just never received most of it. The company did not respond to multiple emails and it seems like I have no option but to take them to court.

Recieved the items so late that I already left the city it was sent to

Got my package faster than the delivery date took about 8 days ! :) good quality for the price also better than I expected.

I had to contact my credit card company for a refund because I never got my items (ordered on Dec. 14th). I contacted customer service a week after my order to get a tracking number and never got a reply. I'm actually surprised that you sent me a survey. Will NEVER recommend or do business with this company again!!!!

I ordered from this company. I think it is a scam. It said delivered when it was not so I asked my neighbours etc and could not find it. I emailed them and received an automated reply saying they'd respond as soon as possible. After two weeks I emailed again and got the same thing. They have still not responded two months later. Seems they have no customer service is probably just a fake website to take your money and run.

I have brought from these guys before, and they are active on social media. I placed another order and more and more time passed and a few months later there was no shipping information saying it was processed I reached out through email and commented on instagram the comment section was heaps of people like me. I placed my order with paypal so I was able to charge back 10 months after ordering I get a email back from them saying they currently don't have an active shop and it was my fault for buying something.

I have actually never received either one of my two orders u placed with DDLG. My emails to customer service were never responded too and I was never refunded either. Do not waste time or money

Product arrived faulty and never worked. Customer support never reached back or replied to my emails. Never got it ever replaced or refunded. Terrible customer experience.

Shocking… I ordered something from this company on 2nd November 2023 i was partially refunded, my items have still not arrived it is now 14th December 2023
