Im still waiting for my order shipment after 2 months. scam.

Never received my package and when I tried to contact them I received no response even after emailing multiple times as well as dming their instagram account

I'm still waiting to hear back about a refund

My little girl was so happy with the items I rewarded her with. Already have a couple more items picked out.

Ordered 1 year ago and still no delivery.

High quality, arrived quickly, everything fit me perfectly

customer support is extremely slow and in fact i only heard back after reaching out to them on instagram (i'd highly advise anyone else struggling here do the same). my order took much longer than i would have liked to begin shipping but arrived all the same with every item i'd ordered and well-packaged. the items are about the quality you'd expect for the price but the toys i ordered were actually more sturdy and well-made than i anticipated, and the selection of clothing and accessories on this site are adorable despite any shortcomings. overall id advise caution spending too much at once here, but if anything highly stands out to you it's probably worth the buy. so long as you go in anticipating longer shipping than necessary and are careful with sizing (most things here run quite small and it's easy to accidentally reset your size selection which defaults to the smallest option).

I ordered from them few months ago. They sent out the packsge, but it never reached me because my mailbox lettering fell off. I tried multiple times to reacht costomer service, but they never replied to me.
So as lang as you dont need help with your order i think you will be fine i guess?

Only received half of the harness I ordered. Contacted the company 3 times about this and still haven’t received a response a month later.

Ships from overseas so it's a itttle slow on arrival. quality is meh but at a low price it's what you'd expect. was difficult to get on, and you'll need someone to help lace you into it. If you have time, you'd probably save money trying to find it on Aliexpress, but for the convienece, you can just get it here.

Didn't receive order despite it saying it was, I've written to DDLG but have received no reply.

my item never arrived after almost 2 months

I am disappointed in the quality of my items

I made an order on 31st may and the website states 2-3 weeks for worldwide shipping. Cut to 8 weeks later with no package and all attempts to contact the company have been ignored. Don't bother ordering from this site, or make sure you use a payment method that lets you make a claim to get a refund!

If asked to send things together, they do their best to, everything is made well, the shop itself is easy to navigate too.

Placed an order and waited the 3-4 weeks for it to ship. When it never did ship, I tried to contact their customer support via email. I never got a response from them, and still have not received my package I ordered almost 3 months ago. Just glad I didn't spend too much money

They stole my money . No response and no package ! It's all a scam
