LAST NIGHT WE DID A TEAMVIEWER MEETING AND OWEN HU SUCCESSFULLY RESOLVED A PROBLEM THAT TOOK WEEKS FOR OTHER TECHNICIANS TO RESOLVE! THERE IS ALSO ANOTHER PERSON LOLITA BLANCO WHO’S COMMUNICATION SKILLFUL ATTENTION HAS PROVEN VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING THE RIGHT PEOPLE INVOLVED IN SOLVING THE PROBLEM. Delivery was great and fast. Unfortunatly the laser got defect after the second use. Luca from the support team arranged a quick replacement so that everything is good after all.

I am very happy with how Lukas handled my case of a malfunctioning infrared laser module for my xTool S1.
I have deducted one star because I do not like how at first I did not receive any mail for several weeks because usually all support happens within a support portal. This did not work for me because the email I used to order is not the email I am registered with in the xTool portal. I prefer the old school way of just writing an email and receiving a reply the same way. This worked out just fine after I had reached out because I did not receive an answer on my initial support request.

Excellent and fast costumer support. Tracy was really kind and did everything to solve my problems and answer my questions. Xtool products are also very reliable. Maybe 10% more expensive than the equavelants in the market but totaly worth for the build quality and fast customer support. They also send the replacement parts for free if under guarantee or sell them for a really fair price.
Overall I am really happy with the product and the quality of the customer support.

Meine Anfrage wurde direkt wahrgenommen und es wurde nachgeforscht was das Problem ist. Innerhalb 1 Tages gab es die Lösung.

I bought a machine as a present for my wife, after she got it she mentioned that some tools were needed (which I didn’t know)
Susan from support was very understanding of my situation and let me update my order as if it was a bundle.
I also had some issues with my delivery address in the first order and Tracy was very fast and helpful to amend my error.
So far I had a great experience with XTool, I hope my wife will enjoy the S1 soon

Die Reaktionszeit der Supports war unerwartet schnell. Leider musste mein Anfrage dann doch in die zweie Instanz und das hat dann nicht nur Minuten gedauert, sondern einige Tage, aber die konnten dann auch helfen.
Allerdings war das Gesamtpaket mit der aktuellen Software, deren Problemen und die Lasersteuerung doch nicht überzeugend genug, dass ich vom Widerrufrecht gebraucht gemacht habe und da erlaubt sich xtool einige Sachen, die so in Deutschland nicht erlaubt sind, wie z.B 5%, 10%-30% des Kaufpreises als Entschädigung einbehalten. Zum Glück habe ich mit PayPal gezahlt und habe dann mir über diesen Weg mein gesamtes Geld zurück geholt. Rückversand habe hat ich bezahlt, aber das ist ok. Schlimm war, dass obwohl ich xtool darauf hingewiesen habe, dass sie mir rechtlich den ganzen Kaufpreis zurück erstatten müssen, sie es dennoch erstmal nicht getan haben.
Ich werde jedenfalls nie wieder direkt bei xtool bestellen.

Ich bin total begeistert und froh, das ich mich für den X Tool entschieden habe. Ein toller Service und bei einem Anliegen sehr entgegenkommend. Schnelle Bearbeitung, schnelle Lieferung und die Produkte waren für den Transport super gesichert. Kurz gesagt, es war aller perfekt und ich möchte mich nochmal ganz besonders beim X Tool Team bedanken.

Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Rotary und unserem S1Laser. Der Support- Emma hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und auch Ersatzteile und letztendlich eine neue Maschine wurde ohne zu zögern verschickt. Ärgerlich, dass wir diese Probleme hatten, aber 5 Sterne für den Service.

hatte ein kleines problem mit einem von den beiden lüftern, eine email an den xtool support, nach einem tag schon die antwort sie schicken einen neuen laserkopf raus. top besser geht nicht. support top.
