Ich hatte kürzlich einen Laser S1 mit Erhöhungsplatte und Luftreiniger bestellt. Leider hatte ich einen Ziffernsturz bei der Hausnummer und erst als ich sah, dass das der Luftreiniger zurückging, konnte ich reagieren. Susan hat mich dabei top unterstützt und hat mir unkompliziert einen Luftreiniger geschickt. Die beiden anderen Pakete konnte ich noch rechtzeitig abfangen.

I had corresponded with them to have the correct product sent to me because I received a product that was different from the one I ordered.
Susan took care of this problem.
I was relieved to receive a response immediately after I sent my complaint.
The response was courteous, prompt and reliable.

Ich hatte den Support von Xtool bei einem Problem eingeschaltet. Die zuständige Betreuerin, Susan, hat sich auch gleich gemeldet. Es wurden nochmals die Umgebungsbedingungen abgefragt und am nächsten Werktag kam auch schon die Lösung.
Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen "Helpdesks" gilt hier: Freundlich, Schnell und Gut.

Nach dem Kauf reagiert der Support sehr schnell und zufriedenstellend

Ganz schlechter Service - Paypal Fall wird einfach ignoriert. Eingang der Warenrücksendung am 28.02.2024 Bisher ist keine Rückzahlung erfolgt, auf Anfragen von mir direkt wie auch über Paypal erfolgt keine Reaktion. Es war schon schwierig überhaupt eine Rücksendung organisiert zu bekommen, auch das musste über Paypal laufen.

The support was really great. We had problems to order the M1 Laser and the support works fast at this problem. 24 hours later we can order the laser.

I had problems with my new P2
Ivy from support tried to help at first and did the best thing to expect from a great company like xTool !
They replaced the machine with a new one after picking up the faulty one.
Now all is working perfectly !

NICHT BESTELLEN: widerrufen gibt es nicht und wird es nicht geben. Firmen Sitz ist im Ausland. Ware kommt aus Holland sehr unseriöse Firma, reagiert nicht auf Paypal Fall.
Retour Adresse wird als Chinesische Adresse angegeben.

I had an issue with my M1, and the y- and x-axis where not going to the correct home position anymore after I did some maintance work on the sensors.
Customer service replied immediatly, giving propper advise on what and how to check for the error.
After it was confirmed, what the cause of the problem was, replacement parts were on their way.
Plug an play replacement, and now everything works nice and tidy again.
All in all, great service and nice contact. Shelly tried everything to solve my problem, and answered all my question to my fullest satisfaction.
They really try to build up a proper customer base, that is happy with their products.

And if one of the higherups should read this review: be sure to keep your customer support people happy, they are doing a great job, and don't forget, they are the face of the company, dealing with the customers and their problems so keep up the good work you are doing so far.
