I usually don't leave reviews but I saw some negative reviews here and I feel like they are unjust. I have ordered twice from Decanted and both times everything was perfect. Good quality samples, packaging, overall amazing experience.

I would absolutely recommend decanted for any scent samples. I have had four so far: Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, and I will definitely be using them again for future scents. All scents were perfect and arrived within two days with better quality containers and atomisers than other suppliers.

When I placed an order, it was unfortunetley lost in the post. However, upon contacting Brad from Decanted he immediately put it right, sending out a second one with T24 postage at no extra cost to me. This arrived the day after being posted. The willingness to talk and the level of customer service was a genuine breath of fresh air. I cannot commend Brad enough for how this was handled, and upon opening the product I was greeted with genuine product in very nice glass vials, with some of the best decant atomisers I have used. Highly reccomend this brand for any sample or decant needs, and if you experience any issues, just reach out, I am sure they will happily put it right.

Great customer service I had the wrong item in my pack I contacted by email and got a email back within minutes and they excepted there mistake and sent me out the right order with no problems what so ever and fragrance come 2 days later and they let me keep the wrong one they sent over all a very good company and I will be a returning customer 5 🌟 from me

Decanted is the best simple, I have 80 bottles of everything from boss, to Tom ford, to parfume de Marly, if I need to test I go here,as a disabled person who cannot get out much this is a great opportunity for me to still feel good and smell good, there service is second to none.

It’s a godsend to be able to get an affordable amount of oligarch-expensive fragrances from Decanted. The Creed Wild Vetiver is gorgeous but is it worth its weight in scented gold? I’m not so sure but thanks to this sample, I don't need to rob any banks…

From ordering to recieving product was great. After a slight issue with delivery (which was my fault) Brad manged to sort it out for me and actually get it delivered to my right address.
