The only genuinely disappointing part here is that you appeared to expect a refund or replacement without providing a single piece of supporting evidence. Were you under the impression we would simply refund or resend goods, no questions asked? We have a clear policy outlining this process, one you’ve either ignored or chosen not to read.

So let’s walk through what actually happened.

Your first email stated that the “perfume has clearly leaked during transit” and that the “parcel and contents were affected on arrival”, to the point the items were “not usable.” A very clear claim.

You also stated: “The lids were loose. On all 3.” - that came from you, not us. When you asked how a photo would prove that, we clarified it wasn’t to confirm loose lids, but to assess any resulting damage. Acknowledging your claim is not the same as admitting it’s true, but I get what you were trying to do here, but that won't fly either.

When asked for a simple photo to verify this, you initially said you couldn’t provide one (before we even asked, in your initial email). When you eventually did, the image showed no evidence of leakage whatsoever - no staining, no residue, no damage to labels or packaging. For clarity, fragrance contains alcohol; when it leaks, it leaves obvious, unavoidable signs. None were present.

At that point, your story changed.

Thanks for the review - although I’ll be honest, it’s a bit of a challenge to decipher what you’re actually trying to say.

From what I can gather, you’re unhappy with the longevity. Fragrance performance varies massively from person to person, which doesn't constitute a fault with the product or our service. Leaving a 1-star review based on that is a bit of a stretch.

That said, I can’t find any order under the name shown here, and you didn’t contact us before posting this, so we’ve had no opportunity to help or even confirm a purchase.
