The website is user friendly and straightforward. The only "issue" I have is I wish you accepted more of the cds that I have available. I do appreciate the ease of preparing a "sales list" to you, printing the shipping label and close proximity of a UPS store.

I sent several dvds & at first it took a while, but everytime I emailed the company, they took care of my issues by the next day, which I'm grateful. Now everything is resolved, got paid for my unwanted dvds & happy! I would recommend them.

I sent in a laptop in almost perfect…
I sent in a laptop in almost perfect condition. It was packed well and was labeled fragile but when it arrived the screen was completely shattered. So they ended up offering me $16 for my expensive laptop. I’ve already spoken with management and there was nothing they were willing to do so this was my last transaction with this company. They should offer a way to insure their shipments if this keeps happening and apparently I’m just one of many this has happened to so it’s a recurring problem. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless you are sending in something that’s already worthless.

Letting go of STUFF...
I have been needing to purge for so long. A friend told me about this service and now I've been telling more friends. It is easy, no-nonsense and the turnaround is swift. Communications (via email) are excellent. They send a list of what you've batched (I use boxes that hold about 24 cd cases) along with the UPS label, they let you know when the goods have been received and then let you know when they've released your payments. During the scanning process (using your smartphone), you will know if your discs have value and how much.

I initially thought it was a good idea…
I initially thought it was a good idea to go ahead and go this route, and then as the process went along I got annoyed. It took forever for them to get the package. It took forever for it to be reviewed. My device happened to be locked so I unlocked it within 5 minutes of getting the email, had to wait another 4 days or so and still hadn’t heard anything so I reached out. They told me it can take 2 business days for them to recheck it, it took another 4. Yes I got paid for it but this process shouldn’t take close to 30 days. I will be using different outlets next time.
