They tried hard to guide me!
I needed document in state I do not reside in. I had general guidance from a county office in that state, but not specify enough to a lay person. Deedclaim was understanding and tried to guide me. The explanation on the site eventually became clear after reading the legal jumbo jumbo.
I think I finally might have correct form. Will not find out until it is filed.

Saved me $270.00 from an attorney! Simple and easy.
Unreal, my lawyer wanted $320.00 to do all, meaning filing fees too, with the county. I went on line, and googled what I was looking for (a transfer upon death deed - AKA - Lady Bird Deed - used in Florida. They walked me through filling it out, through their easy software system. Minutes later got the deed, in my email. ----------
29.00 bucks. I went to the county and filed it for another 30 bucks. No issues. I love it.

Easy quitclaim deed.
Very easy to follow the questions asked and complete the process. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to do a quitclaim deed in any state.

Edit: I don't see a name associated with this review, so we don't have any way of knowing who you are. Can you respond to the e-mail that sent the deeds to you? If so, we can respond to that with instructions for how to make corrections.
Original Response: I'm sorry you experienced this issue. Can you explain what you mean by the form coming out "backwards?" You indicated that this happened when you printed out the form. If that is the case, could it be an issue with your printer? Or was there something off with the document before you printed it?
We have no control over whether our users enter incorrect information into the system. But we understand that mistakes sometimes happen and do provide options to re-access the interview if you need to make corrections. And, of course, you can always make changes directly to the document itself by simply opening it and making the corrections on the face of the document. In any event, I am sorry that your experience was not optimal and regret that you didn't give us an opportunity to help with your issue before posting a negative review.
Excellent service and customer support
I have been working with DeedClaim.com since the beginning and used their Deed Generator many times and all I have to say - this is the easiest and quickest way to create a Deed. Documents are generated about 15 seconds after the form is submitted.
Their customer service is outstanding - they respond immediately.
I would recommend this company to anyone!

Very easy process on-line. Immediate assistance from their customer support when I had domain issues that prevented the file from being transmitted. Very happy with the entire process.
