I don't understand why it is so difficult to just get a blank copy of a florida quit claim deed Do they think that someone is going to use it illegally? The completed form I printed out from your company is not a one (1) page document that is the standard. Why can't it be produced by your company in that format I just paid almost $30 for a document that I probably won't be able to use to transfer my property to another owner. Other than having the information needed printed out. Very disappointed. I live in Indiana and want to quitclaim deed a property in Florida. I never thought it would be so difficult.

It actually isn't hard to find blank copies of Florida quitclaim deeds. But there are major problems with that type of solution (many of which we have discussed here: https://www.deedclaim.com/free-online-deed-forms-and-why-you-shouldnt-use-them/).
The service we provide creates custom-drafted forms that are designed to take your own goals and circumstances into account. Because the software is dynamic, it can adjust the language of the deed based on, for example, what warranty you want to use, whether you want an estate planning deed (like a Lady Bird deed) or an immediate transfer, the type of consideration to include, any special language required to define the relationship of the owners to each other, and many more options. You simply don't get this type of customization from a generic fill-in-the-blank form.
I'm not sure what leads you to believe that there is a one-page standard document for transferring real estate. The forms created by our software come from a system designed by attorneys to prepare thousands of deeds for their own law practice for individuals, businesses, trusts, and governmental agencies. None of these professionally-drafted documents were one-page forms.
If you have any basis for your statement that you won't be able to use the form to transfer the property, please let us know what that is and we will be happy to help you address it. We are absolutely committed to helping our customers with any issues they encounter in the process.

Very helpful website to use. I entered all the answers to questions asked and Deed Claim generated my Enhanced Life Estate Deed. I would recommend them to others. Their prices are very reasonable.

We went back and reviewed the deed you created, and it corresponds with the answers that you gave in the interview. We can't see any deficiencies on our end based on the selections you made in the interview and the document that you received.
Sometimes inaccuracies are caused by inputting the wrong information (which can happen to anyone), and we are always ready to help our users correct that. And if you think there is a problem on our end, we would love to hear that as well.
