Absolutely top seller

I have been regularly buying vinyl on deejay.de for over two years. Since I discovered it, all my problems with searching for titles, shipping, and booking with many other sellers have disappeared. The web page is super neat, easy to navigate with lots of filters to simplify the search in the very rich warehouse. Their customer service is very fast and kind.

Everything was great all the time... i did not have a problem at all and my first order from deejay.de was maybe 2 years ago. I think I have 100+ vinyl from them. Good job :D

2 times I did not receive the bonus promised from the order.

You're right, unfortunately in rare cases a reserved item might sell out before it reaches your shipping date, especially with limited stock or high demand.

Also, please note that some pre-orders never reach us at all due to issues like pressing mistakes or delays/problems at the distributor or a damaged delivery — things that are sadly out of our control. Still, we completely understand how frustrating that is.

Regarding the missing reward: that definitely shouldn’t have happened. We’ll look into it right away and follow up with you directly. Thanks for pointing it out — we want to make it right.

Yeah, we’ve definitely thought about those stickers before and we totally get the benefits. In the end, we decided to leave them out to keep things a bit more eco-friendly and avoid extra waste.

That said, we fully understand why they’re useful, and who knows - maybe there’s a smarter way to do it in the future.

Light and shadow

Long-term client and heavy buyer.
Well, for me it is a overall 3 to 4-star experience.
A lot of expensive vinyl and from time to time bad new/mint conditions that should n o t be send when being checked beforehand.
Plus a hard shopping policy when it comes to deleteing records from your recent basket. Even if you order a lot of vinyl and delete new or false ones you are forced to complete your basket earlier and pay in advance for the next order cause ordering period was shortend by them.
I once (!) sent back vinyl and it wasnt accepted and dealt with unfriendly.
Fast delievery and a huge collection though.
No bonusses or reward programs rather make it a 3-4 star experience after all.

Vinyl in poor condition (It is not a second-hand item)

I just placed one order, the vinyls were in the inner sleeves and the outer sleeves were out, then one vinyl was damaged and was hit on one side. That same vinyl was very scratched from use, it sounded good, but it had many marks of use, including small hairs (they looked like dog hair, and I don't have any animals). I write to you asking for an exchange for a new one, but your "company policy" accepts the condition of the vinyl as normal, if I want an exchange, I have to pay the cost of shipping... I am very sad and disappointed by the way you treated me and your way of treating the article. I have orders from Juno and the articles arrive immaculate, nothing to do with it. I hope that Deejay studies the customers more and takes care of them, since I see many complaints about them. Greetings

We take great care when packing records, and the way we separate inner and outer sleeves is a common practice to help prevent seam splits during shipping. That said, the condition you described regarding the scratches and the presence of hairs is not acceptable and certainly not the standard we aim for.

We also understand that our current policy regarding return shipping for used records may not feel fair in such cases. While we do our best to evaluate each situation individually, we clearly didn’t meet your expectations here, and for that, we sincerely apologize.

Absolutely incredible customer service

I have been using deejay.de for just over a year now and can’t tell you enough how incredible their services are. I was unable to reserve my items for a date for a new release but I spoke to the customer service and they happily extended my reserved items time in order for me to purchase all of my records and not miss out
