Good but...
I buy from them since ever, even if I always preferred Nuloop that unfortunately shutted down, but even if prices becamed higher, they don't help customers with a free shipping, and as well I was expecting some discount for the Black Friday but it seems like who sells vinyls is allergic to it...

I'm very disappointed with this online shop, I receive one piece broken of my MK7 Technics.
I have been waiting and sending many emails and messages by WhatsApp to resolve my case and they take a long time to respond, and then give me this solution, after 1 month for a response to my purchase of more than 1000 euros that I paid with shipping included to Spain and the response is .. if the shipping agency corresponds with the claim, will they return 15 euros to me? it´s a joke? The cover is worth almost 100 euros and is broken.
I am no longer interested in continuing to have this bad experience in this store and give my experience to the orders clients , (Don´t buy stuff from them!), because this German Shop it´s a big Fraud, they laugh about the clients and they don´t respond if you receive a broken part or bad quality how already have from another products,
Until now they don't refound me nothing and not answer anymore.

Top Service auf hohem Niveau.
Ich bestelle jetzt seit längerem bei deejay.de und ich bin sehr zufrieden über den Zustand der Ware. Die Platten waren bisher immer sehr liebevoll verpackt worden. Die Crew die da im Lager arbeitet liefert einen super Job ab. Da arbeiteten offensichtlich Menschen und keine Roboter. Hier wird alles von Hand sorgfältig eingepackt. Und das konstant auf hohem Level. Die Platten kommen immer in einem Karton gut geschützt bei mir an. Der Kunden-Service arbeitet verantwortungsvoll und gewissenhaft. Selbst nach dem einmal eine Sendung seltener Platten von UPS nie zugestellt wurde, verloren ging oder wohin auch immer. UPS kann ich nur von abraten! Selbst dann hatte ich bei deejay.de einen sehr fähigen und freundlichen Ansprechpartner der mich beraten hatte und mir dann nach einer Verlustmeldung meine gesamten Kosten zurück erstatten konnte. Das hat natürlich auch etwas gedauert, verständlicherweise.
Ich bestelle bei deejay.de mit der DHL als Zusteller das funktioniert für meine Region/ Stadtteil am zuverlässigsten.
Deejay.de? Klare Empfehlung. Top Service. Konstant auf hohem Niveau.

Platte bestellt nie erhalten
Platte bestellt, würde reserviert aber nie geliefert. Geld für Versand abgezogen. Nachher ist die Info gekommen das man als Gast nicht reservieren kann. Erst nach Nachfrage wurde der Betrag zurückbezahlt.

Hallo Sascha, Vorbestellungen können bei uns mit Gastkonten, wie du es auch gewählt hattest, nicht gemacht werden. Diese Info erhältst du im Checkout, wo das Gastkonto auch ausgewählt wurde. Ein Verschulden der Situation ist durch uns nicht entstanden, da dies klar kommuniziert wurde.

Hallo Kai, verkratzte Ware versenden wir nicht. Dass beim Pressvorgang gewisse optische Abweichungen, wie Schlieren in der Platte selbst, auftreten können, ist völlig normal. Diese sind in keinster Weise hörbar und stellen somit auch keinen Mangel dar.
Bei der Herstellung von Vinylprodukten, insbesondere Schallplatten, kann auf Grund der Eigenart des Materials und des Herstellungsprozesses keine absolute Fehlerfreiheit gewährleistet werden.
Desweiteren sind wir Dir entgegengekommen und haben Dir ein Rücksendeetikett übermittelt.

Die bestellten Platten wurden perfekt verpackt und sehr schnell mit UPS geliefert. Der Preis war ebenfalls topp. Die Versandkosten waren extrem günstig. A ++++
