Hallo, es wäre absolut spitze wenn Sie als ,, Deeper Deutschland auch Ihre Anfragen in der Landessprache formulieren. Deshalb nur 2 Sterne! Für mich sind die Übersetzungen immer noch sehr anstrengend.

Catalogue of failures

You refused to do a simple repair. You refused to reduce the price on the 3+ power package, and I deferred the delivery until 21st Nov. yet it was delivered yesterday.

Hi Tim, thanks for the feedback. A few clarifications from our side:

- Your unit was inspected by our engineers. The charging port area showed signs of a prior, non-factory repair attempt that caused irreparable PCB damage. Cases like that are not covered by warranty. In such situations we cannot restore the device to 100% functionality - it's technically impossible.
- Since it was impossible to repair the unit reliably, we offered a generous discount for a new sonar (applies to standalone sonar devices; bundle offers aren’t eligible for additional promo codes).
- Per your request, we returned your original unit almost immediately (including the protective bag) at no additional cost. The parcel was dispatched immediately after you asked for it back.

Purchase a Baitboat Quest and insurance.

Trying to purchase a bait boat Quest for my husbands 70th birthday. My card has been rejected twice (once by the link from your online help) but no luck. I have been in contact with my bank and there's no problem with my card. I understand that you may take 2 to 3 business days to reply and by then it will be too late to get it here for his birthday. If I don't hear from you by 1pm tomorrow. I will endeavour to purchase this from another retailer.

2025 Christmas gift

My son really wanted this for his Christmas gift this year as he loves to fish in his kayak so I can only tell you that very easy to order but DHL was a day late delivering as it just sat unmoving in US Customs in New York City with NO explanation - traveling by highways through New York takes 10+ hrs to deliver to Buffalo NY then on to Niagara Falls NY.
