Excellent service and support

Excellent service and support. Great product. Not a first item purchased from this brand.
Order was created in 30 min after purchase. Received my item in less than 3 business days to Canada. Highly recommend.

Poor First Impression

Upon receipt of the unit I tried multiple times to establish an account, but was not able to. To successfully establish an account, one must verify their email address; however I never received said verification email.

When conversing with your service team via chat, I was repeatedly told I would receive a response from technical support in a couple/few business days; not a good first experience as the new device could not be tested nor used.

Lastly—no means to directly speak with a representative for troubleshooting.

Our chat team can usually resolve most account and setup issues right away, but some cases require tools and diagnostics that are only available to our 2nd-level technical team. This can occasionally create a delay, but the goal is always to provide the most accurate and effective solution.

The Premium subscription says "cancel…

The Premium subscription says "cancel anytime" and yet they don't refund a single coin if you do I canceled after a week and paid the full year! What unreasonable practice I will make sure the Consumer Protection Authority hears my voice and voice of others to be misled.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the Premium subscription - that’s definitely not the feeling we want our customers to have.

Please note that if a subscription is purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, the payment and refund processes are fully managed by those platforms. This limits our ability to cancel or refund the subscription directly on our side.

However, we really want to find a solution for you. We will contact you to discuss possible solutions.

Love the sale. LOL! I was planning on buying the Deeper Max in February or March but the sale convinced me to get it now.

Habe eine Anfrage via Email an deeper gesendet und am nä Tag umgehend Antwort bekommen.
Habe mir vor einer Woche den neuen Chirp+3 gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Premiumapp hab ich schon vor einem Monat abonniert und dadurch kann ich nicht mehr auf Premium + erweitern. Letzteres ist lt Deeper technisch nicht möglich.
Schade, dadurch wäre mein deeper auch versichert.

Sadly having purchased by deeper quest…

Sadly having purchased by deeper quest from one of your retail partners, I am now being told as I did not buy the deeper quest direct from you that I am not eligible to buy the loss protection from you for my boat. Very disappointed.

Hello, thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the disappointment.

At the moment, Loss Protection for Deeper Quest can only be purchased when the boat is bought directly from our website. This is because the protection plan must be linked to the boat at the moment of purchase, using our internal system.

We understand this limitation is frustrating, and we are already exploring ways to make Loss Protection available for customers who purchase through our retail partners as well.

Please rest assured that:
- If your boat ever suffers physical damage, we will be able to offer a paid repair service at a reasonable cost.
- Any issues that fall under the standard warranty will always be repaired free of charge, regardless of where the product was purchased.
