Bought the deeper quest direct from their website. I wanted to purchased a boat, tripod and tablet holder. The tablet holder is out of stock until the end of January so I was not able to benefit from their initial bundle discount. The delivery has been delayed and is now due for delivery this afternoon which is 6 working days from order. Not a great experience for a £2k boat. I would suggest that buying from a UK supplier would certainly be much quicker.

I found this company on Amazon.
Amazon gives you the option of visiting the Deeper sonar store directly, so I went to take a peek at what other cool products they also sell.
The company was running an unbelievable Christmas sale which included all optional accessories for the device that I was interested in. I immediately placed a $382.00 order for multiple items.
After notification that the order was shipping out, I was contacted by DHL requiring a $190.00 "Customs" delivery fee. They told me that the shipment was coming from Lithuania, but the tracking number showed the package coming out of Chicago. The Deeper Sonar website claims they only ship via UPS, so I promptly denied the delivery charges.
I reached out directly to Deeper Sonar to inquire. Unfortunately, I could not reach an actual person to discuss additional options, so I sent a message through the "Contact Us" link. I sent the message 6 days ago and I still have not gotten a response.
At this point, I am beginning to think that I have been scammed.....

Please avoid buying directly from the Deeper website, Amazon will refund your money if the delivery goes awry.
Me..... I guess I'm just out $382.00, not cool Deeper. Ugh.

Poor start to life with a deeperchirp 3 my wife bought it me for Xmas first one didn’t work. It wouldn’t charge. Waited for a replacement got it and it’s missing the bolts, I thought that’s ok il just order a spare! £15 with delivery is a joke. Been fishing twice since Xmas and not been able to use it yet :(

Terrible advertisement if I’d know. The app is only free for 1 year I would have never purchase this stupid thing. It’s now going on market pace like so so many other. Don’t waste your money. Not that the app is t free but after one year it’s so limited it’s basically useless.

Unit functioned very for ice fishing. No problems rigging crappie and walleye. Only issue is it disconnected multiple times from my tablet. Removed all apps from tablet and updated everything. Would still disconnect from time to time. Tablet was within less than 3 feet of the unit so not exactly sure. Android operating system on the tablet. Other than that it worked great and the battery lasted all day.

I purchased the Deeper Smart Sonar Chirp for my husband's birthday and couldn't be happier. The fish finder itself is so cool! Very user friendly, tons of features and functions just as described. We haven't used all the extras you get with the app when you purchase the loss protection yet but I'm sure we'll be just as impressed.
Their customer service is fantastic as well. Very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns you have. Quick in response time considering they're across the world in EU in a totally different time zone.
All around super happy with our purchase!

Was concerned about tarrifs and duty fees as it is ship from outside of Canada, but I was answer fast and accurate.!!!
