I messaged regarding a leaking…
I messaged regarding a leaking immersion heater and no hot water coming out the shower..a pretty desperate situation.
I was asked to send a picture of boiler and also shower.
I was given a ‘thanks. I waited a day,two days,three and nothing.As I type this it’s been a full week since I sent my initial message and I am in exactly the same boat.Complete lack of communication and clarity.
I suspect they just didn’t want the job..very disappointed.I work nhs & have been showering in work after my shift.

I enrolled last year in Del's Service…
I enrolled last year in Del's Service Plan for my gas boiler. Just been for annual service and sorted out a radiator which wasnt heating. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Del and his workmate were employed to instal a new oil -burning boiler.
They worked very efficiently, courteously and cheerily. They worked for 2 days - at the end of each day they tidied away everything and left the utility room clean.
I would recommend them.

Del and Jerome fitted our Worcester Bosch oil fired combi with no problems. They were both professional, unintrusive and tidy, and did a great job! They are also Worcester Bosch certified, which leaves us with the full 7 year guarantee.

Faultless Local Service
We needed a new boiler fitted urgently. Del not only gave us a competitive quote, but as he understood we needed it fitting asap, he managed to fit it in around other jobs he had going on. Faultless service, with excellent back up.

A true professional. Recommended.
With a very urgent need to replace a broken boiler, Del responded in a very timely fashion, working over the weekend to manage his commitments and not let people down. His workmanship cannot be faulted. He is very tidy and a true professional to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.
