Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service, my best friend has lost her dad and I wanted to send her a sympathy bouquet and card.they put the wrong address in and I contacted them via email and phone and have not even had a reply.no Idea where my order is ?.
I will never use this florist delivery service again because they obviously have no idea what they are doing and are unprofessional.no flowers received by anyone today so they are obviously scamming people.

I can't understand how this company is still trading. We ordered a bouquet for mothers day. We paid for premium delivery that meant they should arrive the day before they arrived 3 days late and nearly dead. For anyone thinking of using these people try someone else. NEVER AGAIN

My daughter ordered flowers from here for Mothers day on Sunday, even paid extra for the delivery, They arrived at 3pm Tuesday, no water in them just dry flowers and some dying petals, when they was handed to my neighbour she said these was supposed to of been here on Sunday he just said "Yes had a few of those today" so its either a Royal mail issue or the store issue I have advised my daughter to at least ask for the delivery costs back. The flowers themselves I could of got at the local supermarket cheeper and they would of arrived on time
Do not waste your money
Madetwo orders. The flowers that did arrive were meant to be a large and were furthest thing from. Awful. The ones that did not they said would turn up tuesday and expected that to be suitable. Not new ones either the same ones sorted Saturday so likely would be awful, well from the little window could see were wilted so yeah, were refused. This also whilst still charging more as those flowers went down in price Monday. First time using and will never use again. The flowers and customers service leave a lot to be desired.

Specifically choose this company as the could deliver on Mother’s Day. She was admitted the day after which is when the actually arrived, so there was no one in. Their response was ( after they had been delivered ) to refuse them at the door. I said my dad would post them back - again was ignored. My bank are now looking into if they can take action.

Absolutely awful! Mother’s Day flowers ordered (large) and paid extra arrived Saturday and were dead by Monday afternoon! We paid for the large bouquet and when they arrived they were so small! Immediately messaged with photos for evidence and the response was very disappointing! No apology or goodwill gesture! My advice DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY…

I certainly won’t be recommending again - their response flowers that arrived looked like something you’d pick up from a garage.

Mothering Sunday Flowers …
I ordered flowers on 14/03/26 and selected delivery for Mothering Sunday (15/03/26), paying a premium delivery charge to ensure they arrived on that specific date.
However, the order was sent using Royal Mail, which does not normally deliver on Sundays. This meant the service I paid for could not realistically be fulfilled. The delivery terms later referenced a window of 1–3 days either side of the selected date, but this was not made clear when selecting the delivery date at checkout.
The flowers themselves may be fine when they arrive if they arrive, but the delivery service and communication around it were disappointing, particularly for an order intended for Mothering Sunday.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. Paid premium delivery for delivery on that Sunday - but they were delivered Thursday prior. I upgraded the bouquet to large, but what was delivered was barely standard size! Headless stems, rotten browning buds, and mouldy flowers. Very disappointing and rubbish customer service!
ORDERED TWO BOUQUETS
ORDERED TWO BOUQUETS, to be sent to two different addresses - one in Devon and one in Kent. Flowers were sent four days earlier than requested in BOTH cases and in both bouquets were all dead by day two. Poor quality and looked to have been held in very cold storage as the edges of the petals were all brown upon delivery and even a dip in hot water couldnt revive them. Will not use these again. Wish I had read some of the reviews before ordering!!

What a joke this company is. Agreed to deliver flowers on mothers day. Failed. Then got notification off delivery the following day and refer to fine print to refuse money back. I hope they go bust as they failed to answer 3 emails prior and customer service failed to pick up 5 calls. I would steer very clear off cowboys like these rubber heads.

Ordered Mother's day flowers to be delivered on Mother's day and just got a message to say they will arrive tomorrow. Don't think you should offer dates of delivery if it cant be kept. Flowers should have guaranteed delivery especially on special occasions or what's the point. Not much use after the event. Wish I read the reviews before hand

Have to agree with majority of reviews I ordered flowers to be sent Mother’s Day 15th and they arrived on the 12th, flowers already dying by Sunday, as Royal Mail had picked them up on the Tuesday. Emailed them but of course no response, not really sure how this company even still trades to be honest!! Shockingly bad
