Ordered a bouquet with chosen delivery date which was extra, date came and went, still haven’t dispatched and there's no way to cancel the order. Tried emailing to no avail, called using number on order, Bouquets by Post announces you're in the queue before it diverts to answer machine, tried calling using phone number on bank transaction number, this time Lovely Flora World said I was in the queue before diverting to answer machine. I ordered from Delightful Flora, who are these other companies? It's a scam!!

Never recieved my order for mothers day ..still never came today i want a refund its too late now had to go out and buy flowers ..service is deffinetley not next day delivery

Flowers never turned up for Mother’s Day. Emailed company and still waiting for a reply. Paid extra for express delivery. Extremely poor service

Ordered flowers for a friend used this company as it was a busy time & they were the only ones U could find that offered next day delivery so I paid £5.99 for next day delivery but guess whay they didn't arrive the next day !! When I contacted them they said next day can be 1 - 3 days at busy times !! This was not made clear anywhere

Very disappointed and ordered before reading the reviews before ordering for mother's day the order was placed and throught we would go large picking a lovely bouquet 💐 for each mum the flowers arrived in good time but once opening the box I couldn't believe the size I took a picture and straight away reached out to customer services the small bouquet wasn't what I paid for for that size they quickly replied and said the quality was totally satisfactory I wasn't complaining about the quality it was the size once again I reached out to there reply thank you for your feedback lesson learnt do read the reviews because they can be helpful

ordered 2 lots of flowers one for mothers day and one for birthday which was the next day terrible should have been large birthday ones flowers nothing like advertised not be using them again

Ordered flowers on 13 March and paid extra for special delivery on 14 March for Mother’s Day. Since then I’ve received multiple emails saying “your order is on its way.”

First 14 March, then 15 March before 7:30 pm, then 11:10–15:00, and now another email saying next day delivery. What a joke.

Mother’s Day is today and the flowers still haven’t arrived. Completely unacceptable service. Terrible company and very poor communication.

Bought a bouquet for my mum for Mother’s Day. Ordered the flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day and they were actually delivered 4 days before and left in the garden. I had an email confirmation to say they were going to be delivered on Mother’s Day, yet they let me down. The flowers were drooping by the Friday and dead by the Sunday. Absolute waste of money. I will never use this company again

Extremely poor quality, arrived dry and pretty much dead. Plus arrived 3 days early from booking date. Had better flowers from a supermarket. Will never use again.

Dreadful! I ordered a large bouquet for my mother's 70th birthday and what arrived was beyond disappointing. Wilted and barely there, not even close to half the quantity or quality of the picture. Customer service is extremely poor and ignorant too. Don't waste your money!

Why ask for a delivery date when you delivered late anyway then send a curt email.
Also sent both flowers to me and only wrote on 1 card . Kind of takes the specialness out of it when I have to take them. Gave 2 weeks notice aswell and tbf I may aswell have got a fiver bunch from tesco as better value and nicer flowers

First time using this company and it'll be my last! Paid for Mothers day delivery only to find out they'll be delivered the day after! What's the point being able to pick a date if they can't follow it through? Lesson learned.

Well I ordered on Friday the 13th of March to be delivered for Mother's day today and they delivered when they said they would they used Royal mail Parcel Force so over the moon flowers were fine just one we one was damaged i read there was bad reviews but they were spot on so thank you.

I ordered a large star fragrant bouquet for Mother's Day. Firstly this did not arrive when it was supposed these arrived early. The bouquet also looks absolutely nothing like what was ordered and even from the flowers do open again they will look absolutely nothing like what was ordered. Very disappointed

Absolutely disgusting these people are I’ve asked for a refund have ignored me delivery date was for today but have sent out today to get a delivery with in 2 days they messed up my mums address at checkout aswell didn’t realise this till late yesterday these are absolutely awful wish I had read the reviews before purchasing avoid these people

Based on my one experience, I find it hard to believe the bad reviews, because the bouquet we got yesterday was one of the best we have ever received. The flowers were fresh, colourful and beautifully arranged. I'll certainly try them again...

Two individual consignments, from different friends, for a special occasion, did not arrive on the day. Both had obviously been packed in advance of dispatch as some flowers were both wilted and turning brown. No supply of moisture in the package. It is outrageous that the website shows 5 star reviews even when the comment reads “disappointed”. Would definitely dissuade anyone from buying from this company.

They offer delivery for Mother’s Day but it arrives after that. When you complain they say the delivery date is just a guide. It does not say that when you’re ordering. Website said they would be delivered on 14th and not arriving until next week.

Flowers are nothing like the picture at all,I sent these for my mum for Mother’s Day and I’m so disappointed at how they turned up. This was my first time ordering off her quite upset😔
