The balloon arrived promptly and made my friend very happy - that was the plan. There was added confetti and a choc bar, it was well packaged - I would recommend this company.

So thrilled with the complete experience! Great customer service, kept informed at every stage, and great value for money. No star at all !
No star at all !! I asked to deliver the balloon at the 27th of september because I knew on that day there was some one at home.........Now the balloon was delivered at the 26th when nobody was there. My family had to pick the present up somewhere else, at another address the next saturday, big disappointment, it was not a surprise now at all.

We’ve had a quick look into this for you and can see that you selected the Free First Class option, which does not guarantee that your balloon gift arrives on a particular day. As detailed on our website the first class delivery option is a 1-2 day service which can occasionally take longer.
Our website has the option of guaranteed delivery if it is important that your balloon gift arrives on a particular date.
We can see from the tracking information Alice managed to collect her balloon gift the following day so hopefully she still enjoyed her gift and had a lovely birthday.

worth more than 5 stars, an amazing company and always deliver on time. As I live away from family I have sent many in the past years and everyone has said how wonderful they are, for my Father's 80th I sent to balloons, and he phoned to say that the boxes of fresh air had arrived!! it really made me smile, thank you all. I have even given details to friends and other family members to speread the word
