We are very sorry to hear this as we would expect the balloons to stay inflated for at least a week. We do ensure all our balloon gifts are in perfect condition before they leave our studios
It is unfortunate that you did not contact us regarding this to give us chance to resolve this for you. We would be happy to send out a replacement balloon for you if you would like? Alternatively if you’d prefer, we can offer you a credit for the balloon to use for another occasion, as it is rare that this happens and we would like you to have a positive experience using our service.

When a first class delivery option is chosen we do advise that we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a delivery date, and recommend upgrading to the guaranteed option if you wish to ensure it arrives on a specific date. That being said we are of course sorry to hear of your disappointment.
We hope your recipient loved the gift despite receiving it early!

Highly Recommend
Great service. I ordered a Valentine balloon for my hubby and soon after I received my confirmation i got another email informing me I had not left a message to be attached to the ballon. I replied with my message. This was confirmed. I then decided I wanted to upgrade my delivery so that it was guaranteed for Valentine’s Day. They arranged this for me also. All arrived, on time, well packaged and nice packing. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE INVOLVED, ESPECIALLY SAM WHO SORTED OUT MY CHANGES. Definitely recommend this company.

Terrible
Terrible. I ordered a balloon on Wednesday for a Saturday delievery. The balloon arrived on the Friday whilst no one was at home. They left a "sorry we missed you card" asking to collect the balloon from a post office depot no where near. Absolutely pointless. The balloon never arrived, no refund allowed.

Terrible company
A family member ordered me a balloon from my little boy for my birthday on Friday. The balloon never arrived. When they contacted the company they cheekily replied with it was attempted to be delivered but no one was in so Royal Mail put a card through the door saying it would be at my local office. I was in all day and no one chapped my door and no card was put through. The company also said that my family member won't be getting refunded. She emailed back saying it wasn't delivered and no card out through and again they said no refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
