Order not received on time
Took three days to recieve our "Next Day Delivery". We needed the stock urgently so won't be ordering from here again - they are also quite expensive now compared to more reliable companies.

Excellent work by Millie (Dental Sky)
Millie (or Melissa) from Dental Sky is excellent at providing a good service to Dental Sky customers by looking after their dental stock requirements at very hard to beat prices.

Order plain : It was complicated as it was showing and calculating incorrect Total Price after Discounts and Plus VAT…
This issue is arising everytime , whenever I start placing my usual item online …
In the past , I also had to contact the Manager or Rep over the phone , and were not getting much positive assistance …

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that you have had some difficulties with our pricing on our website. A member of our team has already reached out to clarify, but here is a breakdown of the pricing structure you have referenced in your review:
You placed an order for x12 Curasept ADS Mouthwash: 220 - 0.20% (200ml) which were originally priced at £6.55 but were reduced to £4.85 each for you. This sub-totalled to £58.20.
We then gave you a 2% discount because you placed your order online, and then gave you an additional discount of a further 2% off because you paid for your order up-front of £2.30, making your subtotal £55.90.
The VAT on this order totalled £11.18, making your grand total £67.08 which is what you paid.
We cannot apply the 2% discount for up-front payment until payment has been made. It is applied at that stage as we offer a 30 day credit account so not all orders are paid for at the time of placing the order.
Although the price may have been different from the time of placing the order, the difference is always has a positive impact because it is a lower price due to the additional discount which is detailed at checkout.
We apologise if this has caused any confusion, we will look into further clarity on our website to avoid any future instances.
