Looking on our system I can see your email was sent on Friday afternoon and this review was left the following day. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday and we do advise up to a 48 hour response time to all queries during our working hours.

I love shopping with you
I love shopping with you and the clothes you stock are amazing. My only moan is the time it takes for delivery. In this day and age most companies manage next day or2nd day delivery.

We offer three shipping methods on our website. Next working day, Saturday and 2-4 working days delivery. Depending on the option you select on checkout, this would determine the length of time to receive your order. The maximum length of time is 4 working days however, should you require an order for next day this option can be selected on checkout.
