Der Kundenservice ist einfach herausragend – super schnell, extrem kundenorientiert und dabei unglaublich freundlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier wirklich Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit gelegt wird.
Meine Anfrage wurde in kürzester Zeit beantwortet und alles lief absolut reibungslos. So einen Service erlebt man heutzutage wirklich selten!

Best customer service!
First of all - great great products. I have ordered from the shop several times already and I have never been disappointed. I have a lot of cups, glasses, pots etc etc - everything has a great quality, color's, size. I would not hesitate to buy anything from the shop. What I wanted to highlight as well is that I have moved recently to quite remote island where is quite difficult to receive any delivery - due to distance, customs etc etc however the team went above standard customer service to support my order. I think most of the shops would just cancel it after several issues but not them. They worked with curriers, customs and made it happen, I received my package and I love it! Julia and Joshua you are stars and I will continue shopping in this store in the future

Long delivery, poor quality
First the delivery took a quite long time. Second the board isn't mounted well. Four plates to have an A3 format don't fit in line. For the hiqh price of the board I expect a good quality. For me it is a design product that has to look like design. And last the return cost to Denmark have to be beard by the customer. This is disappointing.

Top Produkt, top Kundenservice!
Zwei sehr schöne Tassen habe ich bestellt. Der Versand war auch super schnell und verpackt waren sie auch top.
Mit dem Kundenservice habe ich Kontakt gehabt da eine Tasse Flecke bekam, die nicht mehr weg gingen. Auch hier, sehr schnelle Rückantwort und sehr hilfsbereiter Kundenservice!
Gerne wieder wenn es sich wieder anbietet.

Outstanding customer service and brand integrity!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Design Letters for years. Recently, I had an issue with a defective item purchased at Copenhagen Airport. I contacted customer service and was handled by Julia, who was incredibly professional and helpful.
Even though I am back home, she quickly resolved the issue and provided a replacement.
It’s great to see a brand that truly stands behind its quality and cares for its customers. This experience only strengthened my love for the brand. Highly recommended!

Dårlig service og lang leveringstid.
Jeg bestilte en ordre fredag d. 16-01 og har endnu ikke modtaget min ordre. Der er ikke meget kontakt til deres kundeservice som undskylder med at de har travlhed og prøver at få kontakt med deres lager. Det er snart 3 uger siden jeg bestilte og hører intet fra dem, om hvorfor min ordre ikke er sendt.
