Kaputte Kette reklamiert - toller Kundenservice!
Ich hatte mir eine Kette bestellt und erst zu Weihnachten bekommen. Leider war der Verschluss kaputt. Die Reklamation verlief sehr reibungslos und äußerst schnell und freundlich. Vielen Dank dafür!

Fik aldrig pakken
Efter betaling får jeg ikke en rigtig bekræftelse eller forsendelsesnummer.
Pakken er aldrig kommet og jeg kan ikke komme i kontakt med firmaet, hverken gennem mail, telefon eller kundeservice på hjemmesiden. Utroværdigt firma og jeg er i tvivl om pakken nogensinde kommer, selvom firmaet ligger i Danmark hvor jeg bor og bestilte til. Jeg bestilte en pakke fra et andet firma og der tog fragten kun 2 dage. Jeg har ventet over 7 hverdage nu.

Amazing support
I lost a silicone piece of my mug, and I was very sad about it. After getting in touch and receiving such kind, helpful, and quick feedback from Julia, I was so positively surprised - it was absolutely no problem for her to send this replacement part, and even for free. Wow!
Now I’m so happy to be able to use my favorite mug again!
