Prices are good next day delivery
But the delivery charges r too high.

I’ve been ordering from Desime for a while now and it’s been great. The products are fresh, the prices are fair and everything arrives on time. The website is easy to use and the delivery team is reliable. It’s made my weekly shopping a lot easier. I’m happy to recommend them.

Incredibly disappointed and let down by DesiMe at the last minute.
Our order was confirmed and accepted on the 19th November.
Payment was taken the same day. 
You failed to deliver on the agreed date and didn’t even have the decency to communicate with us. 
You let 450 children and 60 staff down today.
Absolute shame on you.

I could’ve given 0 if there was an option. Poor, poor service. Dpd is worst in customer service as well. Please do not order if you are living far from Bradford. Please read that again do not order fresh meat or perishable items.
Unfortunately we don’t have a halal meat shop in the area so tried for first time. And horrible experience wasted 40 pounds.
I can smell the bad meat from outside box.
At least they should deliver such items in proper vehicles with refrigeration for long hauls but no.
Ordered first and last time.
Desi me You could do better if you choose other service provider than dpd ( worst customer service)

Sent baking spread instead of real butter and no self raising flour will not be using the shop again

I had leaked sunflower oil (5L), I tried calling them numerous times but the call takes me to voicemail and tells me that someone will call asap, the truth is nobody calls back and you don’t know if you will get a replacement or refund, I’m thinking of not ordering from there anymore as their service is not good like before.
