I'll generously give 3 stars since the items were delivered one day later than the day showing at the time of order—however, items delivered as ordered, thanks.

Great service prompt delivery will use every week from now

Some items simply didn't arrive, others were inferior and cheaper substitutes for the items I paid for, and some items arrived just in time to go out of date. You have to admire the bare-faced cheek of just taking money for goods and then not providing them or even providing a refund for the items not sent.

Extremely disappointed, and absolutely unacceptable. Received moldy flat bread and out of date tinned hummus. Extremely cautious about the raw meats, as dont trust the dates on them.

The package delivery itself was awful as the meat package had leaked and soaked the box.

Top class service with friendly people.

All the meat was extremely chilled with the help of ice packs and the labelling made it very easy for me to store and find whatI need when cooking. Would definitely recommend especially to customers looking for halal meat, veg and household items from one website.

The items were in good condition. Despite them very well packed in the box, the outer cardboard box was only just holding together, I suppose that was due to the delivery company mishandling it. Desime take note, you need to add more sticky tape to the outer box.
