I bought Dewett 2 years ago and broken in 2 months and no refund. customer service doesn't exist. stay away from this brand.

I bought mine over 2 years ago & always had great results, plenty of water extracted from clothes which I use in my iron. Win win👍🏼

Bought this a couple of years ago, the reviews looked good at the time. However I can run it for a day or 2 and it will get about a couple of water. Wish there were more review saying how bad these were before I wasted my money.

Can't give no stars !
Had one of these over 12 months and would be lucky to fill 2 egg cups with extracted water in that time.
Electricity waster and even less use than this Labour government.

Worst product. Looks great as an ornament. Go buy yourself something else and don't fund these scammers.

Excellent product. Got one in November 2023 and a 2nd in January 2024. Which is a while ago I know but you can't tell how good it is in a month or so. Anyway I recommend this product it's fab does exactly what it says, the amount of water it collects is amazing, I have them both on every day, 1 in bedroom & 1 in kitchen. Granted it takes a while to arrive and I did think I'd been scammed but it's a fab dehumidifier when it arrives and working.

I wouldn’t even give Dewett 1 star as this is a scam company. I emailed several times saying the dehumidifier doesn’t work, the only answer I got was this appliance does work.I explained several times but they didn’t listen and the same reply came back each time this appliance does work. If I had known it was coming from China I would never have ordered it
Stay clear of this company.

Completely useless product sent from China. Tried to cancel within an hour of ordering after checking trustpilot . They wouldn’t cancel the order and the cost of returning to China was excessive.
Stay well clear of these Cowboys!!!!

Absolute waste of time. Literally does nothing, useless. Do not waste your money. It was not cheap. I've an old cheap one from Argos that does 1000 x the job. Rip off.

I've copied the response I received from Dewett when I tried to get a refund.

There is nothing wrong with our products.

I need to explain that returns are a hassle.

Please note:

1. You need to return the product to China yourself and bear the return shipping cost;

2. After the return is successful, we need to deduct the relevant tariffs and a 15% return fee;

3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be returned.

4. The return policy stipulates that the return address must be provided by us.

Our return address is not the address on the package, we only accept the return address we provide; if you return the package to any other address than the address we provide, we will not be able to receive the package, and at that time, all losses will be borne by the buyer.

If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning items from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.

In this case, how about we refund you 8% of the order and you don't return the package? You can leave items there as gifts for your friends or family.

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van deze ontvochtiger is ideaal, heb er vorig jaar 2 gekocht en die staan 24/7 aan. Toestellen zijn vrij stil in gebruik en zetten zichzelf uit als het reservoir vol is, dit merk je ook direct doordat het lampje dan rood is en heeft ook een groot reservoir van 3L waardoor je niet al te vaak moet legen. Heb nog geen enkel probleem gehad en als pluspunt geeft het nog een leuk sfeerlicht dat je van kleur kan laten wisselen. enige minpunt is dat het niet werkt in koude ruimtes. Ik ben zeer tevreden over dit product.

Apparaat werkt niet en het is onmogelijk om de klantenservice te bereiken

With any luck legal action should be made against the fake reviewer and company selling this absurd product

Première utilisation de mon déshumidificateur dewett,ne fonctionne pas 80 pour cent d humiditée dans la pièce,et en tournant une journée 0 récupération d eau...pas de téléphone pour le sav ,pas de réponse a l adresse mail dewett, terminé pour moi l achat de produits chinois...grosse arnaque

N a jamais fonctionné impossible de retourner l appareil la réponse est vous ne savez pas vous en servir!
