Villa Cavalli 10: a 10/10
Wir haben mit insgesamt 9 Personen zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Cavalli nahe Urbino verbracht. Das Haus war in sehr gutem Zustand, sauber und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit DH Villas war einfach und sehr nett. Der Pool war ein Traum, wurde jeden morgen gereinigt und die Temperatur war trotz Hitzewelle immer perfekt kühl und erfrischend. Wer sich für Pferde (insbesondere PRE) interessiert, wird viele liebevolle Details in Haus und Garten entdecken. Eine Oase abseits vom Trubel und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Urbino, Pesaro, Cattolica und Rimini, wenn man mobil ist und gerne etwas unternimmt. Supermärkte und besonders nette Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und teilweise sogar fussläufig erreichbar. Wir sind bestens erholt und dankbar, dass wir hier Zeit verbringen konnten. Wir empfehlen das Haus ohne Einschränkung gerne weiter.

La casa e bellissima e l abbiamo trovata molto pulita, la piscina e top e la vista sul mare e stupenda. E una casa dove siamo stati molto bene in famiglia di 6 adulti e 2 bimbi. La communicazione con DH Villa e stata facile e Rossella e sempre stata molto disponibile con noi. Consiglio questa casa a tutti. Cordiali saluti

From the first interaction everything was made very easy making it a great experience, the DH Villa team weee polite and super responsive. Even when we arrived later due to our flight there was shopping waiting and unpacked in our fridge by Samuele who was incredibly helpful. Thank you DH Villas we will be back!!!

We stayed at DH Villa Azzurra 5. It was a great stay. The location is a really, really great place to be. The view is fantastic, especially the sunset. Dariana and her husband take care of the site in a perfect manner The whole house is very, very well equipped.

Serenità tra bellezza e confort
Sono alla terza esperienza in questa struttura, dove trovo ciò che desidero: tranquillità e comfort in un ambiente molto curato. In casa non manca nulla. Le due cucine sono molto attrezzate: frigorifero, freezer, forno, lavastoviglie, macchine per il caffè di tutti i tipi, microonde, tostapane ... E' presente anche la lavatrice. Le camere matrimoniali del piano sopra la piscina sono molto ampie coi soffitti alti e le travi di legno, arredate con gusto. Il bagno con la doccia walk-in è da hotel 5 stelle, ma manca il porta-asciugamani sopra il bidet (dettaglio che si può rimediare facilmente). I letti sono grandi e comodi. Segnalo due sole note negative: lo spigolo della scala che porta nel soppalco della camera da letto più grande. E gli spigoli della mensola sopra il piano cottura che sono all'altezza della testa di una persona più alta di 1,80 m. La piscina coperta è unica. Il proprietario è una persona di una gentilezza e disponibilità che s'incontrano raramente. Spero di poter tornare.

Great spacious holiday house with beautiful pool and surroundings.
We had the special private chef from L’Enosteria which we can certainly recommend. Great food, wine and off course cooking.
Pesaro is a nice place for family beach holidays with good to great restaurants. We had definitely a great holiday in house Cavalli and the area. Also great 👍🏼 for Andrea and the DH team that were always available and helpful

We had a wonderful time at Villa Cavalli. Andrea and the villa owner Vittorio were excellent hosts. The Villa was lovely and really lived up to the pictures. Very rustic chic but with modern amenities. The grounds and swimming pool were stunning and surrounded by olive and Italian Cypress trees. We really enjoyed cooking outside in the bbq area. I would highly recommend this Villa for a secluded family holiday. Urbino is just a 20 minute drive away if you want visit for the day or dine out. We also visited San Marino to watch the Mille Miglia cars pass through. Thank you for making our stay so special. Grazie Mille!

Tolle Aussicht
Sauberes Haus und Anwesen. Tolle Umgebung allerdings sehr bergig aber schön. Gänse, Hühner und ab und zu Hundegebell rundeten die schöne Zweit ab. Mit dem Radl konnte man ganz viele Ruinen erforschen. Besitzerin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Empfehlenswert

Bellissima villa su due piani.
Niente da dire sul piano signorile.
Per quanto riguarda il piano di sotto, dal quale si accede alla piscina coperta, va decisamente rivisto. Devo poter andare in camera da letto senza passare dalla piscina. Tutt'altro viaggio rispetto a chi ha alloggiato di sopra.
Menzione speciale per la Jacuzzi, davvero apprezzata, e per gli spazi ampi di cucina e sala.
Attenzione agli spigoli vivi della cucina, che possono risultare pericolosi. La recinzione c'è ma con un ampio strapiombo, può essere un problema per animali e bambini.

Rundum zufrieden
Die Organisation & Kontaktaufnahme im Vorfeld sowie während unseres Aufenthaltes waren äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich & nett, Fragen oder Unklarheiten wurden unverzüglich geklärt. Kann man einfach nur empfehlen! Sehr kundenorientiert! Empfang mit den notwendigen Dingen für den Aufenthalt, Wasser & Wein, sowie für's erste Frühstück war erstmal gesorgt, so herzlich!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub, wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Fernab vom Trubel und Stress des Alltags. Natur pur, eine traumhafte Aussicht, die uns täglich aufs Neue faszinierte. Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Francesco konnte jederzeit kontaktiert werden, kümmerte sich rührend um unsere Belange sowie den Pool. Wir wären gern länger geblieben. DANKE für alles😍

It was a nice stay
It was a nice stay, house is at a beautifull location, incredible view, close to the village to do your shoppings. House is clean and new. The negative point is that rooms are open to one another, so almost no private space. Out of the 5 bed rooms there are 2 private but not isolated so you hear everything.

Het huis is echt schoon.
Het huis is schoon, bedden zijn goed en genoeg goede pannen en servies voor 4 personen. Het ligt in een mooie omgeving en je hebt geen last van de eigenaren die naast je wonen.
Zij zijn empathische en zeer gewillig om je te helpen. Met de eigenaren hebben wij in het Italiaans gecommuniceerd.
Er is een zwembad waar je baantjes in kunt trekken en het wordt bijna continu schoongemaakt. Op het terras als wel rond het zwembad is genoeg meubilair.
Het huis ligt in een omgeving waar vele mooie oude steden/dorpen zijn te bezoeken. Zoals Macerata en Treia. Mooie wandelingen zijn er te maken bijvoorbeeld vanuit huis naar Pollenza wat ook een prachtige Duomo heeft met op de gevel mooie mozaïeken.

We zijn vooral blij dat u de rustige omgeving, het zwembad en de fantastische excursies in de omgeving waardeerde. We doen er alles aan om onze gasten een aangenaam en ontspannen verblijf te bezorgen.

There are goats and chickens in the grounds and we had a week of fireflies in the evenings - magical. I travelled with my 80 year old parents and my teenage sons and there were things around to entertain both age groups from a wonderful (unheated) swimming pool to foosball and table tennis. The communication was excellent and friendly from the company and the caretaker and his family. The house was spotless and we couldn’t have had a better 8 days. Nobody wanted to leave!
