You sent me a defective product
You sent me a defective product. I had to call Abbott and they were kind enough to send me a replacement. I can't see myself using Diabetes Store again. But I might. I know they are not responsible for the unit being inoperable, but it's still very aggravating at this point.

Usually, a call to our toll-Free number gets quicker response for defective items than the big corporations. We usually replace defective items, but you said Abbott already did that. I had tried a different brand and I didn’t care for it. Plus the test strips were outrageously expensive. It stopped working after a short time. I did more research and came across the Lvlonge in your store. So far so good. Easy to program and the supplies are reasonably priced.
