One of wrost experience ever, the quality is very poor and it gets torn easily not even proper stitching

Never wate money with them

I bought these car mats liking the color they came on time, but when I went to fit them into my car, I was disappointed severely. I have a Toyota Sienna 2020, and it they did not bother. To understand the railings in the back, so they made strips, which made a lot of my carpets still show it was made very cheap, look cheap, the way the sewing was and then it would fit the front at all, I called them. And what they said to me is , if it's not damage , and when I told them, I didn't like how the back seat look.\n Ed It looked like they gave me strips of maps that really didn't cover the carpet at all p.\n S do not buy from this company at all warning. Do not buy.

I ordered my mats on December 22, 2025. I wanted to use a mail forwarding service, but unfortunately, they couldn't pick up the parcel when it arrived. The order was returned to Diamondcarmats. They told me to pay a reshipping fee, which I did on February 10, 2026.

Two months have passed, and to this day (March 30, 2026) the order has not been reshipped. I've asked them about the order status 3 times and every time receive a reply that it will be shipped soon.

I've requested a refund 3 times, but my emails are now simply ignored.

Don't order from them.

Bought the product back in August last yet .. had too wait a while for it to arrive and then waited till September to fit to my vehicle.. product lasted 2.5-3 months before wearing through (15mile a day so minimal use) .. contracted customer service.. they did offer a replacement but at a cost of £50 emailed them twice now and been blanked no resolution.. don't waste your money

Anfang Dezember 2025 Matten für einen BMW iX1 bestellt und auch geliefert bekommen. Die Matte für den Fond war gut 10cm zu lang. Ich sollte Fotos von den eingebauten Matten senden. Sehr witzig, weil zu lang. Man musste unbedingt die Fotos haben. Also habe ich die gemacht. Auf Basis dessen sollte neue produziert werden. Das ist in meinen Augen der nächste schlechte Witz. Alle Mails danach wurden ignoriert. Anfang März, also 3 Monate später, habe ich immer noch keine Matten, keine Rücksendeadresse und keine Erstattung. Ich hatte noch nie mit einer so schlechten Firma zu tun. Unfassbar der Laden!

Warnung vor diesem Händler. Ich bin langjähriger Kunde und habe schon mehrmals Fußmatten für meine Autos in den vergangenen Jahren dort bestellt. Außer das der Versand etwas länger dauerte, war ich eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Was bei meiner letzten Bestellung aber passierte macht alles zunichte. Ich habe im November 2025 eine Bestellung im Wert von fast 250 Euro getätigt und bis heute (Stand Februar 2026) nicht erhalten. Die Ware wurde zwar aus China verschickt da ich eine Benachrichtigung bekam, ist jedoch nie an Hermes in Deutschland übergeben worden. Der Tracking Code ist nach 80 Tagen im Transit und lediglicher Paket Ankündigung mittlerweile abgelaufen. Ich weiss weder wer die Bestellung verschickt hat, noch was schief gelaufen ist oder an wen ich mich wenden kann. Auf meine etlichen Nachfragen beim Händler, wurde mir ein Mal gesagt man werde die Sendungsverfolgung prüfen und mir Bescheid geben. Seit dem werde ich knallhart ignoriert und jede weiter Mail blieb unbeantwortet. Es wurde weder eine Ersatz Lieferung noch die Erstattung des vollen Kaufpreises vorgeschlagen oder getätigt. Der Händler hält sich also nicht an seine eigenen Service Angaben im Falle eines Problems, wo er genau das verspricht. Daher ist dieser Shop absolut unseriös. Mein Anliegen wurde nun über Klarna und Visa als Zahlungsdienstleister eskaliert und ich hoffe über den Käuferschutz an mein Geld zu bekommen.
Klarna hat den Händler mit Visa zusammen ebenfalls kontaktiert und bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich hoffe das der Fall zu meinen Gunsten entschieden wird und diamondcarmats einen negativen Eintrag bzw. ein Betrugsverdacht gemeldet wird.
Und eh der Händler hier drauf wieder antwortet das es es sich um einen Irrtum handelt und ich wohl den falschen Shop meine. Nein ich meine sehr wohl diamondcarmats.com

I have tried several times to contact this company that produces car mats.
I have experienced the worst customer service and honestly feel scammed.
They do not respond at all, and there is no information about where my package is.
This is completely unacceptable, and I will definitely be filing a complaint.

Ordered from this company, and I never received my order after several months. I email them, and for two months they just keep saying it’s caught in customs. After leaving this review, they have reached out to me to replace or refund. I have received the replacement product today (3-3-26). The product was initially ordered on (22-2-25).

These are my 5th set from this company : merc C63, BMW M6 & X6 and just bought for Merc EQC & BMW X1 . I have had no complaints whatsoever, mats fit great and enhance the interior of the cars. When I put in the last order early Dec2025 I mistakenly put left hand drive however quickly emailed the company who instantly replied and communicated with me until the order was shipped. Both arrived 23-12-25 .

Used multiple times now and this latest was so poor, I won't be using them again.

Oversized mats that keep catching the driver pedals, so had to remove the driver mat. Same on the passenger side, so completely defunkt and void for the front.

Stitching is loose and torn after a mere few weeks of use, rips within the mats have appeared, again after weeks of use.

Completely different to other experiences. Quality has gone downhill and won't be using again.

Ordered mats 27 October 2025 and no reliable tracking was given. They were always fast to reply to messages but are now not replying and I have no mats 1 1/2months later. I am now chasing up with my bank to get refund. No good.

It is already the third time I have ordered car mats from Diamond Car Mats. Twice for a Peugeot 208 and once for a Mini Cooper. Everything was delivered perfectly and fit 100% in the cars. I would recommend Diamond Car Mats to anyone.

After a previous order for my Mercedes, I decided to order the wife's new BMW 1 series to jazz it up a little.

Wow, I should have read the recent reviews! The fit is absolutely abysmal! The quality since my first 2022 order and now, night and day! The pedals get caught on the mats because they're oversized. As a result of the oversize, the mat doesn't click into the body properly. An absolute shower of $hit on this one ...

Guys, you've let yourselves down, and unfortunately, it is unlikely that I will order from you again. Poor form on this one.

We are super pleased with both sets of mats we have bought from Diamond Car Mats (for a Duke & a Smart). They were very easy to install and fit perfectly - covering all the hard-to-clean carpet areas. They are great quality, look super smart and are dead easy to clean! They have transformed our cars.

I’ve bought 4 sets of these over the last to years for mine my wife’s and kids cars last set being for my son as he passed his test a had a brand new car so the quality has gone for bad to worse rear mats are all like new as no one sits in back very often passenger mats ok but drives in my sons were only 10 weeks old and worn through I asked for a replacement and was told NO it’s wear and tear their now a year old and driver mat is ready for the bin never worth the money utter rubbish look nice new but dont wear well better off buying rubber ones from dealer I would NEVER BUY AGAIN SO POOR

Avoid this company if you don’t want to buy rubbish. Bought a set of car mats for my Audi S3, arrived and as soon as they were fitted they weren’t right. Constantly kept on moving due to no materials being supplied to fit them. Despite contacting the company numerous times I never received anything to fix them with. 12 months later they are unusable now. The so called ‘leather ‘ has worn away in several places and upon contacting them today I received a reply to say exactly what was covered by the so called guarantee. Basically nothing. All they could offer me was a link to buy more!!!!!!! Obvious by the way they respond that they don’t care about their customers. Don’t waste your money.

These carmats fit impeccably. Very pleased with the quality.

Avoid at all costs the product is poor and not leather as claimed. Sent me wrong colour then asked me to return at my expense for replacement. This was to China and cost in excess of £100. Item was sent by DHL who advised that address was either incomplete or did not exist!
The company after various threats finally refunded the cost of the carpet but I still await a refund of the postage!
I will take them to the Small Claims Court.
As stated avoid at all costs! You have been warned!

@BOGDAN: Don’t buy from these people. I’ve bought some car mats and came the wrong size and from their point of view they are on although they came oversized or not enough material and overall don’t fit. I’ve ordered the mats for a Skoda Octavia 2021 and the back ones are the worst as the overhang at the exhaust tunnel is 8cm instead of 18 and the front ones I get the acceleration throttle gets jammed pressed as they are quite short and these people only answer maybe once a week

Una verguenza el servicio de envio, jamas intentaron entregar el paquete, nunca notificaron incidencia, pero si que cobraron. Despues de 8 meses estoy reclamando el pedido y ni respuesta a los correos electricos. Escribo por redes sociales solicitando respuesta y ni responden. Es una verdadera verguenza el trato con los que gastamos nuestro dinero en sus productos, me siento engañado
