One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made.
I purchased custom car mats from this company on January 10th, expecting a quality product and a proper fit. It took over a month to receive them, finally arriving on February 17th, only for me to discover they did not fit my vehicle correctly.
The mats cannot be properly secured as designed. This is not just a minor inconvenience, it is a serious safety issue. The company’s own installation instructions clearly state that improper installation can cause the mats to shift and potentially lead to a serious or even fatal accident. Despite this, when I raised the concern the very next day and provided photos, Emma Maylander, Head of Customer Support, told me that the clips used to secure the mats are “not important” and only for added security, which directly contradicts the company’s own safety guidelines. For someone with the title of Head of Customer Support, she has done everything but actually support me throughout this process.
The overall quality is unacceptable. The mats are wrinkled and do not have the snug, custom-fit look that was advertised, especially for a product that costs over $300.
I began trying to resolve this issue on February 18th. Since then, I have gone back and forth with this company for nearly three months. I was told there would be an “investigation” with their production team, which took weeks, only to result in no real solution. No replacement, no proper refund, and no accountability.
Throughout this entire process, I made every effort to work with them in good faith by providing detailed photos and giving them ample time to fix the issue. Instead, I was met with delays, vague responses, and repeated claims that my concerns were being “looked into.” I asked multiple times to speak with a manager or someone with decision-making authority and was never connected with anyone. Many of the responses I received did not even include a name or direct contact information.
As of April 14th, after nearly three months, there is still no resolution.
This company does not stand behind its product, does not take safety concerns seriously, and does not provide real customer support when something goes wrong. If you have an issue, you will be left dealing with it on your own.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go with a reputable company like WeatherTech or Ultra Car Mats. They are far better options when it comes to quality, value, and customer support.

Site says you have 24 hours to make any changes which I did within 2 maybe 3 hours. Emma says they can do one but not the other? How? If I asked for both at the same time. They are sending pre-made mats not made to order. Are people not checking the order emails? Also 2 day shipping as total BS. I guess since I didn’t give a tip they don’t want to an accommodate my changes. Why would I send a tip on service I’ve never received before a product I never had before? That makes no sense so yeah. I think it would be better if they asked for a tip after I got the product and if I liked it. They’re very slow to respond to any messages or emails.

Today is April 6th 2026 I ordered car mats for a family member as a present.. Emma Maylander contacted me via email and said she needs pictures of the truck floor to make the mats. I told her I can’t take pictures this was a present for someone and if they can’t fulfill my order to please refund me, couple days later Emma wrote me an email back saying the same exact thing she said in the previous 2 emails “send us pictures of the floor tunnel”. Is this a joke!? I can’t send you pictures of a car I don’t have or own it’s been 2 weeks still no refund and no mats they i ordered they are holding 400$ hostage because I can’t send them pictures they need of a car I don’t have or own. This is insane.. so if you can’t make my mats you need to refund me!!! That’s how it works Luxus!!!!!

Save your money, scam artists.
Ordered mats for my lexus and they sent the complete wrong order. Fought for months to get them to send out the correct ones and was told they would send me a new tracking number once shipped.... it's been 6 months with no responses and no proper mats or refund.
Don't get fooled by their positive fake reviews really dig and see all the 1 stars with similar experiences.

The worst company that I have ever dealt with.
Ordered seat covers that dont fit that they said were custom made. They have lied to me missed deadlines that they set themselves and will not refund my money despite numerous requests. I dont like leaving these comments but they have given me no choice.
