Diamonds Factory New Zealand Opiniões

Was a great experience from start to end.

We made a ring to commemorate our 20th wedding anniversary. Ben's support, advice, and other care were perfect. Therefore, we were able to obtain wonderful rings. These designs are easy to use for both formal and casual occasions, and wearing the ring makes us feel very comfortable. We would like to express our respect for Ben's polite customer service and handling of the products.

Excellent communication, fast delivery and exquisite product thank you

My fiancee and I were attended to attentively. Friendly and great communication during the order process until delivery. Everything was perfectly handled!

Lady I dealt with in Christchurch was great ….Auckland lady was rude.

Ben was wonderful and very supportive throughout the whole process! He helped me choose both engagement ring and wedding bands - making sure I found something I loved but could also afford!!

The whole process was very clear and easy! The service was great - upfront about the process and what to expect, as well as the results.

I felt very little pressure to actually buy anything, and the experience was far less intense than I've experienced with traditional jewelry retailers.

In the end, I purchased a 1 carat lab grown diamond ring in white gold, and we're very happy with the ring and its sparkle!

Good quick service, and they delivered exactly what we expected.

Lovely rings for the two of us!

Very happy with the service, finished product and price.

Ben was awesome to deal with so we went back for the wedding ring too. Highly recommend.

Personalised service and so caring, patient and helpful so we could find the perfect engagement ring for us.

Even helped my partner in a wheelchair to the bathroom while I spent time browsing!

I love my diamonds earrings, but every time I put them on I do notice one feels smaller than the other and lighter.

Love my ring. Communication was AAA+

Ordered an engagement ring from diamonds factory. Quality and service was impeccable 👌

Would be helpful if every item of jewellery showed a photo of someone wearing it.
Staff were very nice in the Auckland office.
Didn't like that not all items were at the Auckland showroom to look at.

I was initially a skeptic when looking into online Lab Diamond products when shopping for an engagement ring. The level, speed and quality of service provided by DiamondsFactory was excellent however. From the online consult, through to ensuring my ring made it on the tight deadline I was working to, through to the 20 hour delivery from Sydney to the Waikato blew me away.

Great communication and experience from ordering to delivery.

Very very happy with final product.

The overall experience was great and costumer services afterwards exceeded the expectations.

Rochelle was fantastic and helpful, and my ring is perfect thank you.
