Absolute SCAM Please do not buy from this seller. Bought two Tiffany style dog lamps from them and when they arrived they are cheap plastic, don’t even resemble anything like the advertised picture, honestly this is the worst company I’ve ever purchased from. Please don’t waste your money

I have for a week been trying to return a lamp which does not work. They have tried to fob me off with offers. 1. That I keep the faulty lamp and they will give me 50 off another purchase. What possible good is this. Then they made another offer equally as useless as the first one. This company is trying to wear me down into saying excuse the expression "sod it" and just forget about it. They are not a nice company to deal with and do not listen to what the customer wants which is my money back. Avoid them like the plague.

Took a long time to get product, and it was nothing like the picture - cheap copy and smaller, I would never have purchased this. My friend bought the same product - dog light, just different breed example and she got the same - nothing like the picture. I see that they have a 30 day money back guarantee - trying that. Will never buy from them again

Like everyone else got burnt buying what turned out to be complete and utter rubbish instead of what was advertised from a fake “English” company in China

The bio and full back story is fabricated,not what you are lead to believe ,but a poor quality items sent from China. I would not recommend it and feel it should be highlighted that they advertise as something they are not.

Ordered a lamp but was sent one that looked nothing like the picture on the website. Avoid.

Website doesn't have address but leads you to believe it's a British company. The product I was sent was very poor quality and when I tried to return it I was given an address in China but no company name or named person so was unable to send it back.Doubtful if I would have got a refund anyway. A complete scam. Avoid at all cost.

I have to give one star but it should be zero.A disgusting clever scam take my advice and stay well clear of this disgusting company.The lamp I purchased thinking it was from a closing down sale in the UK.
No its absolute Crap from China and not as advertised so now I’m going through my Bank Visa to claim my money back.They want you to pay postage return to China one word sums this lot up B…..do.

I ordered a what appeared to be a glass lamp of little dog , it took a long time to arrive, what supposed to be a glass lamp turned out to be a small plastic dog that was not worth The money i
paid which was over £40 i have email the company and asked fof a refund , but is quite odvious that this will not happen, do not order from this company it is a scam .

I brought the lamp for a friend . I’m so embarrassed by the cheap quality .

I order a Boston Terrier and was delivered a French bulldog.
They wanted me to pay to return the item at a cost of £25 when I only paid £34.95 for the item to begin with, as it has to be returned to China.
Claim that are 'handmade' which is laughable. They are plastic shite.
Despite going back and fourth, and providing photos of what they advertised and what I received, they are convinced I've received the right breed of dog, which I'm 100% is wrong,

30 day money back guarantee means nothing as to return you have to pay for high rate postage back to China
That alone is illegal as damaged goods or goods not as described are under uk consumer laws subject to the seller paying for the return
Pointed this out to them and they completely ignored
In the end after much hassle I managed to get 60% of my purchase price back from them for a piece of tat which is going on the bin.
Even the bin is not happy

This company set out to fool the public by advertising a closing down sale and it was all a scam. Their rubbish is for sale across the world, just about! and the US authorities should move in and sort this. I was told that my order was lost in transit after I constantly badgered them for an update as their tracking service was challenging and not possible to open up, the oldest trick in the book when I smelled a rat. Do not order or send money please read the reviews. Conned!!!

TOTAL SCAM AVOID!!!! ordered a yorky lamp for my mother in law who lost her 12 year old yorky 2 weeks ago expecting to get this magnificent Yorkshire terrier lamp but instead got a cheap piece off £&@!!!! Nothing like the sales pic it’s actually laughable how they’ve the go nads to sell rubbish like this. Even using an English lookin woman pic and description of what they sell. I thought it was suspect by the length of time it took to arrive I tracked it on SHOP what a surprise NOT! it’s coming from china. You can get the same piece of tat off Amazon for £18 where this was £44 clearly £5 for this rubbish and £39 import tax. I’m actually laughing as I write and looking at the dog lamp. Can’t believe I got taken in by it ha ha ha. You live and you learn STAY AWAY FROM DIANAS JEWELLS people…

I have ordered a dog lamp and was getting suspicious about the length of time it is taking to be delivered. So I have taken a closer look at the company. I have read the reviews. So I realise I have wasted £39.99 and will never consider purchasing online again before reading the reviews. On the plus side I won't bother waiting in for it to be delivered. Also I won't be surprised at the predicted piece of rubbish I am about to receive.

I only gave them 1 star because you have to.

I ordered what I thought were Tiffany style lamps, what I got are 2 cheap, plastic moulded, pieces of cr*p.

When trying to return them, I got offered more and more discount - even funnier, they then offerred me a 50% discount on anything else.

Absolute dogshit.
