I am a first-time buyer of Digitalproductkey and honestly, I am happy I chose them. I appreciate their professionalism and commitment to satisfying the customer. It is without hesitation that I would recommend them to my friends and family. I emailed them over the weekend when I realized that I had a problem and was pleasantly surprised how early on Monday morning I received a response from a staffer. Later that Monday morning I was all smiles because what I thought would have been a problem turned out to be just a routine process by their efficient staff. These guys a great, and I really mean it.

I had purchase publisher and Outlook but after trying to download it would not let the last one install without uninstalling the first one so I was going in circle so I contacted them and they sent me the whole Office Pro
everything is working fine, thanks for the support.

A: I want to activate the software over the internet
B: I want to activate the software by telephone.
I did A: and it came back with (This cannot be activated because the product key is not valid)
Please provide me with a copy of the product key and the activation code. After support of many e-mails of going back and forth we finally got the product activate. I would give a 5 stars if would resovled this issue wright away.

I could not activate Office 2010 and Victoria H. got it done for me, by contacting Microsoft to verify my license key and obtaining for me a confirmation ID. Plugged the ID in and away I went...you rock, Victoria!

I had purchased a Word program from them and about 26 days later I received notification that I had 4-days before I would not be able to use this program because it ws not activated. I called them and they promtly sent me the code to punch in to activate the program.
I an very happy that they took care of this issue so fast.

I was so distraught. I tried to inter my product key but is was coming up Invalid. I E-mailed them and they took a long time to get back to me. I was worried that I spent money on a scam. I finally was able to set up a time for them to help me. They were very knowledgeable and were able to help me. It took several times to reload and de install, but it finally worked. I am so happy they stayed with me until it was complete
