Poor customer service and delivery service.
Ordered item and was told a 2 day time window for delivery. After 1st delivery day and courier still saying they are waiting for the parcel i contacted customer service to ask for update. I got no response. Item was delivered late and only after that i got a reply from customer service saying the item has been delivered. Too late.

Excellent quality bbq baskets, perfect size for my small portable Webber bbq, others on the market were about 10 cm smaller but this fits perfectly. Good quality.Well packaged and fast delivery.

Shocking customer service. Ordered a stainless steel pot through B&Q. Item was apparently dispatched three weeks ago but courier company still waiting for it. No sign of pot but unsurprisingly I’ve been charged for it. Nightmare to get any response from them, they have my money so they don’t care.

No customer service, item marked as dispatched, tracking showed courier had not received it after 2 days. Only communication was after our item was eventually delivered.

Very poor service I ordered a hose pipe it was supposed to come on Friday 9 we are now on the 13 my account says processing I cannot contact the seller via the orange button on the email as it doesn’t seem to be working

Bought a 100 foot expandable house via with company as a verified seller. Used about 6 times last year to water plants and garden . just gone to use again and it developed a bulge, then exploded. the inner tubing is about 1mm thick like a balloon material. at the time the outer covering was not damaged in any way. contacted company x3 times had to escalate via B and Q. Absolute rubbish.

I bought a garden clock through B&Q less than a year ago, I have contacted you three times as the clock has stopped working and it has gone rusty, your customer service help is short of atrocious , nobody answers the messages or e mails but I will be taking matters up with B&Q if I do not get a refund or a replacement. I have provided my order number on three occasions now, so maybe read them!

I ordered this camping stove and kettle combo for an upcoming festival. Haven’t tried it yet but everything arrived quickly and was delivered with care.

I am not happy with their service, ordered something for my son birthday party and I had to chase it up after a week of purchase. Customer service responded in 2 days and sorted it out in a week time. Unfortunately surprise didn’t delivered in time. I won’t recommend this company or would use it again.

Direct2Public are a verified seller on the B&Q diy.com platform. I ordered, via diy.com, 2 items that 10 days after the promised delivery date (15 days from the order) they finally admitted they were unable to deliver and offered a refund. Communication with this company, via the diy.com messaging service, was appalling and unhelpful. I don't know about purchasing from them directly, but don't ever use the B&Q verified seller option!

On line personnel were helpful with queries. Items were well packaged up and arrived fairly quickly.

I'm very happy with my purchase & the overall service from this company. I could check the website for updates & was emailed when package was dispatched & on the way. Then the courier emailed to say it was being delivered on the day. It arrived on time & was well packaged. Very happy & would highly recommend.
