Once again great flooring but no confirmation email! Checked all spam inboxes and it's just not there. This is something you really need to sort out as I have to chase the order up to make sure what I've paid for is available every single time. It's a lot of money to play around with.

Currently have a floor I cannot lay due to 5 damaged tiles- 2 phone calls, 3 e mails and 2 weeks passed - still nothing
Now promised will be sent today - lets see

Website said purchase was in stock and able to collect within an hour. It wasn’t could buy cheaper online and have it delivered.

I had a wee issue with the Scotia colour ...my fault....
Staff exchanged item without any problem .

Easy to order and arrange a specific delivery date. Called and spoke to an actual person who was really helpful.

Great service from start to finish. I made a mistake on my email and wondered why I didn't get a confirmation and also I selected deliver when I wanted to delay collection from a branch. Called up Andrew Hatton sorted within 1 call - collection was made - flooring has been laid and its beautiful. Will definitely use again I got Virgin Scandi Larch.

We are really pleased with our flooring. Good quality and arrived when they said it would. The floor looks stunning and the fitting done very quickly and efficiently.

Easy to use website, being able to view how the flooring will look in my house is a great help.

Thanks for very long wait for a reply you say the delivery delay wasn't acceptable I was told 27th August didn't get delivered until 29th August there was a 2 day time delay of the delivery Delivery only happend on 29th August because I had to phone twice over 2 days I'm asking for a partial refund for the delivery charge as there was an extra 2 days delay I had to wait no update no second email with delivery date as web site advertising this waited 48 hours no update I only got an up date as when I phoned in first told be delivery net day it wasn't so next day second phone call be told again net day no good communication from this company

Was in the Kilmarnock branch today and when we arrived there were 2 guys standing outside smoking, when we went into the store one of the men nodded and continued to use his mobile phone, I eventually asked the young man for a quote to which he mumbled and kept looking at his phone, when he took my size's and walked to the office area, he came back handed me a slip of paper and said ,you pay the joiner in cash, We left feeling that this was an outfit who had no customer service and pointing out about cas made me feel if anything had gone wrong with fitting i would have no recourse, never going back there

Sample was delivered next day phonecall was answered immediately and all information needed was given clearly

No confirmation email to confirm order, no delivery notification, angry delivery driver as I wasn't home to expect delivery. Was just left outside front door. Pretty avoidable if had some communication from you.
