My experience is as follows.They want a claim form.Already submitted.They have lost it They also require the following 1 vehicle sales form 2finance agreement 3 finance settlement. Due to the passage of time and a defective laptop i no longer have this information.There are 3 firms who specialise in checking outstanding car finance,they refuse to contact them The price of all new cars is easily obtained from a dealer All these actions were taken by my main insurance firm and they paid out on my total loss car in 2 weeks DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING WITH THIS COMPANY

The last 5 new cars I've had, I've taken out GAP insurance but not through the dealership. Instead I've done it through Direct Gap. The option to transfer from one new car to another is a game changer. The cover is the same but it's so much easier to sort and the price I've found is a third of what the dealerships want. Also, a person at the end of the phone to talk to. In a world of AI and chat bots, sometimes you just need a person. It makes a real difference! I don't even bother looking elsewhere.
