The product is a Christmas present so has yet to be put to use. This review is about Direct Sport's customer service.
The product was sent via Royal Mail. Royal Mail managed to delivering to the wrong address. It took time to work out how to contact customer services by phone but once through the service was excellent. The mis-delivery was soon confirmed and responsibility for resolving the issue accepted.
Four days later the parcel was safely delivered.
A good effort at the height of the Christmas rush.

Ordered an indoor hockey glove but it was too small. Returned it with no hassle and requested a larger size, which was promptly delivered. Good fit and quality. Very happy overall.

I ordered the hockey stick and ball for my grandson, choosing the length on advice from my SIL. I had paid for express delivery to ensure it arrived on time, and delivery was when stated.
Grandson was thrilled with the stick. Unfortunately it was too short so I returned it for a refund.
Customer service were quick to respond with advice and my refund was dealt with promptly.

I placed an order late on a Thursday night and requested delivery to my local post office , on Saturday afternoon I get notified my parcels are ready for collection . Excellent service !

All good - ordered online - delivered on time....my sons had told me the wrong size...easy return and prompt delivery of the replacement....very happy....and my son is happy with his shoes.....

My son‘s stick cracked after reverse hitting the ball so I contacted Direct Hockey who then had a replacement stick to me within a few days.

Complicated order in that ordered sizes were not a good fit requiring exchanges and refunds. Company communications were excellent throughout and service was prompt. Flexibility in the process to ensure good customer satisfaction was much appreciated.
