Ordered 20 items and only received 12, I emailed twice regarding this issue and as yet I have had no acknowledgement or response.

I received a faulty vape unit as part of my recent order.
I have emailed support twice and not received any reply re sending back for a replacement.
Customer support not great verging on non existent.

Great products at excellent prices, very fast turnaround around, had my order delivered the following day, love using this company

I got sent the wrong liquid , I have emailed them 3 times without a reply.

Easy to order and free postage

Really disappointed. I've been using this company for a good while for vape juice, but this time I didn't receive what I'd ordered. Instead I received 7 different flavours with no pre contact made to see if this was ok with me. Additionally one of them was 20mg strength which I don't use.

I have sent two emails with pics requesting either they send me out the one flavour I ordered or refund me in full.

No reply from them whatsoever so I will ask my Bank to raise a dispute and chargeback.

Really poor service to a regular customer so I won't be using them again.

Shopping experience is excellent, everything from login to delivery receipt is always second to none and very easy add to that best price on the web and you have a loyal customer who just hopes you will send him some vouchers.

Fantastic product

Placed an order of 20 vape oils and there was only 18 in there. Sent an email over a week ago and still no reply.

Cheapest I’ve found and delivered quickly. Been ordering from u for a while now.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Used this company a few times and they appeared to be ok, received items ordered in a timely manner.
My last order however had an item missing, I emailed to the address provided on the website a number of times to no avail.
All they provide as a way of contact is the email address to which there is no response whatsoever.
It is very frustrating, I will not use them again and I am sure they will not even reply to this review as they don't appear to care about their customer.
