I was very impressed by the standard of service offered by Direct Trade Supplies.
The site was easy to navigate, offered excellent value for money and delivery was swift.
I will definitely be using them again going forward.

Keep away. Ordered £100 worth of lights, a few days later told they weren’t in stock, despite saying they were. Still waiting for a refund over a week despite chasing

Ordered 5 lights, only 3 arrived. Tried calling to explain, got rushed off phone, no help given, been waiting over a month for the remaining 2 lights, no update, nothing. I have reported to PayPal to hopefully get a resolution.

Can't pay via Paypal as their site throws up an error code 408, so I rang to get some help. The person who answered mumbled so badly it was hard to understand him, but he said he'd speak to IT and get back to me. After an hour and another call to DTS, they have done nothing.
So I can't place my order. And their response is 'they'll reply when they reply'!
That's great customer service (not) - well done DTS!
Needless to say I've bought the items elsewhere - and I paid with Paypal.

I ordered the wrong downlight (my mistake). Helpful advice on the phone for the correct replacement, which arrived within two working days as promised, together will a full refund for the original item. I will definitely be using them again.

Ohme customers services are then worst experienced of any company. The charger would not connect and the offered no help to activate the SIM in the charger
None of the 6 phone calls answered after holding on trephine for 1 hour at a time Cost extra £60 and 10 days to get its to work

Good quality product at a great price and fast delivery

Great experience dealing with Direct Trade Supplies. We were able to buy the 5 different lights we needed from the same supplier. With a great website that is intuitive and easy to use. The prices are really good and for me 20% less than my local trade shops. All delivered in manufacturer packaging free a few days after ordering. We will need a few more lights as renovation progresses and will have no hesitation using DTS again

Order made at the end of Feb, it is now 8th March and still nothing arrived. Sent an email…..no reply.
Make up your own mind as to whether or not this company is worthy of your business and time….

Availability, choice, price and delivery all proved to be excellent. Ordering on line was straightforward with helpful descriptions.

Easy purchase and my electrician installed without any problems

I ordered an EV charger, at a good competitive price, from Direct Trade Supplies. I was unsure whether it would arrive in time, despite ‘next day delivery’ statement. I rang the Company, who answered immediately and personally - and reassured me it would. I placed the order at 1345 on Tuesday and took delivery ar midday on Wednesday. Very happy with service and price.

I recently placed an order with this company.
Unfortunately, the goods were faulty, and up to this point the company was quite good, and I was refunded quite quickly ,once I posted back to the company the faulty goods

According to the website I should also have had my return P&P refunded. I raised with issue with the company - twice via e-mail.
As of today’s date, I have not received any response for the postage refund.

If you try to call the company the number goes to an answering machine. I did leave a message... again, no response received.
Terrible customer service I will NOT be using this business again.
