Disappointing
Order was received very late. Customer service were uninterested . -
Was told DPD tried to deliver numerous times, which I don’t believe as I work from an office overlooking my Gates.
Sent to a collection point- they didn’t have it as they don’t receive big parcels they sent me somewhere else .
Eventually after an hour and 20 minutes driving around I managed to locate my order .
No communication from DPD or the company at any point .
Not for me, thanks .

Cancelled my order without any communication, I then tried to contact their customer services to ask why this had happened and I’ve just been ignored! Prices looked promising but shocking service, take my advise pay a few pound more and use a company that cares!

Have to say a big thank you to Richard for replacing 2 faulty downlights with the new updated version. Brilliant customer service.

1) I placed then later cancelled the order. All dealt with with great speed and monies returned same day.

2) I placed an order a few week later, received within 48hrs.

I would defiantly recommend them, their website if perhaps a bit dated - but they make up for it in price and service.

Exactly one year ago I bought a OHME home pro ev charger from DTS and everything was perfect with the delivery ,price and service. Roll the clock forward a year and my daughter is entering the world of ev's so I was straight back to DTS. This time there was a minor annoyance in the fact that the unit didn't arrive next day but it did arrive the day after. It was no great problem to daughter as the electrician isnt coming till Friday. Nonetheless I wouldn't hesitate to use DTS again. BTW the delivery is free

Highly satisfied with my Zappi charger, this is an expensive item for me as a private customer but worth the money. Great service from start to finish. I have no problem recommending DTS for supplying EV chargers. Very fast delivery too. Everything is working fine first time. Very pleased.

The EV charger was a great price and works seamlessly with my energy supplier.
I am very pleased with my purchase.

Purchased a Wallbox EV charger, the price was very competitive and the unit was delivered promptly. The electrician who fitted the unit made contact with the company to clarify something and was helped in a professional manner.

Once I start the charger using the wall box app the charger disconnect by itself after ten minutes .I tried to contact the wallbix app help centre with no lack.

Great service, price & delivery the next day….but it hasn’t been fitted yet…
