I would love to start here by saying how wonderful the customer service was with this company. They will help you with absolutely anything and everything which is perfect for someone who is as much as a novice around lighting as me.

At first I asked for advice on light bulbs and which ones I should buy as I had no clue what would work, and they gave me all the advice I needed. It was great because they didn't just jump straight to the highest priced stuff it was all very reasonable. I spoke to several of the sales team and they were all lovely and friendly. When they say they will look into things and call you back they do in no time at all. The delivery was also quick.

Over all I am really happy with this DTS and I would recommend this electrical wholesaler to anyone looking to buy. I have been using them regularly now for a few months and its been perfect every time.

Great light for a great price. We are extremely happy with the product and had transformed our front entry. Delivery was prompt too.

Took money for items and £8.20 for next day delivery. I’m now expecting the parcel in a couple of days thats a whole week of waiting. If you need something quick (next day) don’t bother.

Placed an order on line. Money taken from card. Nothing further heard, no delivery. Checked web site that advised to e mail any query. Sent e mail one week on, no response, resent again still nothing. Sent final email just before Christmas still no reply.
Ended up phoning in the new year to be told item had been dispatched and the tracking showed Royal Mail had not tried to deliver. I have no way of knowing if the was true or bovine excrement.
Got a full refund however.
They should really answer e mails if that is the preferred method of contact. It can be done another supplier I had to raise a query with replied in 30 minutes!

Service and delivery is second to none.
Order placed on a Friday with part of the order being delivered on the Saturday and the remaining items the following Monday.
I have been in the electrical trade for over fifty years and have dealt with most of the electrical wholesalers and unless you are willing to pay extra for overnight delivery have never had such prompt service.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Same as many reviews on here. Took money but couldn't fulfil order in a reasonable time despite showing as in stock when placing order. This is a company worth avoiding. As a trade customer, their poor service has cost me money. BETTER TO GO ELSEWHERE.

I ordered switches and sockets for our refurb, and the products were exactly as described and great quality. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong switches, they were happy to swap for the correct ones. Overall great service.

Very happy with the price for the Ohme ePod EV charger I ordered from DTS, and it came 2 days after ordering (it would have been next day but I ordered after their next-day order cut-off time). Would happily use DTS again!
