There was no tracking information . The parcel was left in the common area , stolen. Should have been delivered to my flat. Bummer!

I'm not sure who is using it more, Dad, or I. I'm thinking of buying another. Excellent. Should have had this support years ago.

After buying a wheelchair for my wife from AJM Disability Shop in 2019, I had need to buy urgently required parts from them this year.
From first email contact with them (during the Xmas break even!) they were extremely quick with their email replies, informative with their supply and delivery timelines, and oh-so-quick with the actual sourcing and delivery of these desperately needed items.
I would recommend them to anyone in the disability community who has need of any of their products.
And interestingly... we bought my wife's wheelchair in 2007 from a very similarly named company. It transpired it was the same company in an earlier stage of their business.
Maybe this recommendation is even more significant then, as we are repeat customers.

Once the arms were assembled by aged care staff my dad walked to the dining room . The front wheels fell off nearly causing him to fall . At 100 years of age that would not have been good (as in a massive insurance claim against you )

Fantastic service and comunication, second to none.

Using ndis plan is very difficult and company were so helpful to assist all quotes and rang on Saturday to ensure help service was amazing
