Crutches were well packaged. They are light weight. Great price

I ordered on behalf of a client who does not use email and lives in an apartment in the City. Disability Shop refused to deliver his address. They said the courier would not pay for a few minutes parking and would not make the time to ring the bell and ride the lift to the fourth floor to deliver the goods to the client's apartment. The client was satisfied with the equipment he ordered but does not wish to use Disablity shop again.

I wanted a seatbelt for my wheel-chair. I had had an amazing experience the week before. A good friend had died and my son kindly said he would take me to the funeral using my wheel-chair. After the funeral we felt in need of change of scene and visited a cafe. As we left, one wheel of the chair caught in a pot-hole and I was propelled into the air. My son thought he had killed me as I was completely airborne before landing some distance away. I must admit I couldn't help seeing the funny side of it. I escaped with a couple of bruises, but we decided a seat belt would be wise. My grand-daughter was getting married and once again the wheel-chair would be needed. I contacted your firm and the seat belt arrived in good time and at an excellent price. I hope not to repeat my flying experience again. My son is greatly relieved too.

Cant answer that as i have only one bathroom chair.

Chair is quite comfortable, as I have very long legs foot plates are in better position as previous chair, also arm rests much easier and shoulders not hunched. In fact I am delightedwith my new chair.
