Bank refunded after no response to emails,avoid

I have been shopping here for year and always had a great experience. Great prices and prompt delivery.

Scamming scum

Didn't even receive my order, let alone know whether the product was good enough or not.

Supposedly, all orders are shipped within 24 hours and I paid for 48 royal mail shipping, yet here I am 96 hours later and I've not heard a thing.

No reply to my email asking for an update either. Sooner they're closed down the better.

Won’t be shopping here again, spent £70 on an order a week ago, no notification of dispatch or anything. Have emailed twice to receive zero response, it’s now been nearly a week since I ordered it and still nothing. I also paid £6 extra for 24hour tracked delivery and haven’t heard a peep. Was hesitant before ordering wish I listened to myself. Lack of professionalism is ridiculous, can’t even get in touch to discuss problems. Will be taking it up with my bank

Things were delivered but not the things that were ordered.

They have ‘stolen’ my money.

Avoid at all costs ordered on the 12 of feb and was told the order would be on its way , its now the 14 off march, i heard nothing , just ingnoring my email and calls , very disappointing i just set a business up and was hoping trade but now ive gone back to direct from china

Had a small issue with my order which was frustrating. But after emailing and getting a fast reply and a partial refund, I have been reassured that my order will be delivered. Customer service was very helpful, I look forward to recieving my order and will update my experience once I receive my items.

Ordered over a week ago and i still havn't received an oder comfirmation email or anything in regard to my order. I've rang the contact number found on the website. Actually i've rang quite a few times (3/4 times a day, ranging from 10am - 5pm) and no one has ever answered. I've messaged of Facebook, and still nothing.

"We pride ourselves on our customer service". Guess the standards of pride and service are low these days.

Its a shame i've had to write this review
just to get a response of "One of our team have reached out to yoy directly".

Fantastic customer service, had an issue with an item out of stock, gave me a free upgraded item which I must say I’m extremely happy with. I’ll be shopping here again and again

When it was working properly my girlfriend was having the best experience, but every minute it kept on disconnecting from my phone which was killing the mood. If not for this issue would have given 5 star every day of the week
