I had to pay 86 pound for DPD while I already paid 36 pound shipping costs. The fact that I had to pay the additional 86 pound for shipping to the Netherlands was not mentioned on your site when ordering. I sent a question but did not receive an answer.

I have been shopping with diva for probably 15 years . Never had any problems . Amazing dresses - always suit my figure . I know others have mentioned the packaging and would agree that it’s not great for the product itself to come in . I remember the days receiving the dresses in a lovely box with diva written on it . It doesn’t change the fact that the dresses are still amazing but I do think the packaging should be branded at least .

clothes were perfect, there was no mention of me having to pay xtra postage until i got an email from the courier to say i ha to pay 102 euro to have my clothes delivered, making the items i bought expensive, the reason i purchased them was there was a 25 per cent off . Because of the hidden cost , i cannot see myself purchasing off Diva website again

Quality made, well fitted and good sizing - not yet changed sizing to accommodate larger body shapes proliferating everywhere - so I know what I'm buying: order executed promptly and great prices.

19.99 euro for customs was an eye opener , I know ur website warned re customs but b an idea to give a guide price . Dress was not as imagined , the navy was more a mixed thread and v old fashioned in my opinion . I had to pay 10th to to return , I won’t b returning myself .

I ordered the items on 31st January and they were delivered today via Royal Mail the 2nd February. Very good response as they are for a Valentines Day gift and we are going away for a week in part to celebrate our love for each other.

The dress I ordered is nice but quite over priced for an fairly basic unlined dress. The website did say that the bodice was fully lined but in actual fact the dress is completely unlined. I would expect to pay £70-£80 for a dress like this. I will probably have to wear some kind of shapewear underneath as underwear is quite visible.

I have a few Diva dresses. I find them good value - especially when in a sale.

Beautifull dresses, perfect fit! Sizes differ depending on the cut of the dress, that's perfectly described on the website. Communication is clear and quick. Very happy with my purchase (3 dresses to shine ;-)
