Ich habe eine Cap bestellt und diese auch erhalten. Ich habe die Cap retourniert, da sie mir nicht gefiel und dann ging der Spaß los. Meine Retoure wurde angeblich zugestellt, jedoch habe ich nie eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Der Kundenservice hat mir erst nach der 10. Mail geantwortet und konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen. Sehr schade und leider nicht gut.

Paket kam zuerst viel zu spät an. Ich habe alles retourniert. Die Retoure liegt laut Sendungsverfolgung schon knapp 2 Wochen im Retourenlager. Der Betrag wurde zwischenzeitlich über Paypal eingezogen. Ich habe sowohl den WhatsApp Support als auch über E-Mail versucht jemanden zu erreichen. Nicht eine einzige Rückmeldung hab ich erhalten. Support ist für die Tonne!

Keine Antwort auf Emails

ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE

I ordered from them on the 10th of June. They created the tracking number but never sent it. I emailed 5 times, texted their support number and was promised they would re ship but never did, then ghosted me. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT TRUST AT ALL. I have never received a refund or my order.

Ordered 2 beanies the 25/2/2025 and received order confirmation relatively quick.
Weeks and months pass, and nothing happens.
Since I've tried to contact the shop on IG, mail and though website. NO answers or communication have come from them - even though they constantly post on their IG to lure more customers in.
Would avoid at any cost, they have nothing to sell.
ONE BIG SCAM!

Schlecht einfach nur schlecht. Deren Support auf Mail und vor allem auf WhatsApp funktioniert garnicht. Ich hab damals 2 Bestellungen abgeschickt und wollte eine stornieren bevor die abgeschickt wurde. Storniert wurde garnichts musste dann noch Versand zum zurückschicken bezahlen. Jetzt warte ich auf über einem Monat auf mein Geld. Habe über WhatsApp nochmal nach Hilfe gefragt, mir wurde bis heute nicht geantwortet. Danke für nichts!

I bought tank tops (both black and white) and CREATIVE SPACE cap. Although I waited for around 3 weeks I have to say that the customer service is great (they replied the same day) and the wait was worth it. Definitely gonna shop here again.

I bought a beanie from them, but haven't recived anything

Back in February I ordered a beanie and got an email saying it was on its way. Since then I haven’t heard anything. When I checked the DHL-number, I saw that it had been sent back. They didn't contact me, so I wrote them an email... no answer. I tried calling... no answer.

There is no two ways about it: I've been scammed.

Meine Rücksendung wurde leider nicht erstattet. Habe bereits einige E-Mails geschrieben und auch eine Nachricht über die Whatsapp Nummer hinterlassen. Der Verkäufer reagiert einfach nicht. Werde nun zur Verbraucherzentrale gehen und das Geld einfordern.

I received an email saying my address was incomplete because it didn’t have a house number. This is the case because it has a house name instead. I received a scam text saying the same thing from an unregistered EVRI driver who sent a link that registered as unsafe. There has been no correspondence since the original email a week ago despite my multiple attempts to follow up. The item was ordered 2 weeks prior and I paid for 1-4 working day shipping.

Habe eine Beanie gekauft und dann auch gleich die Bestätigung erhalten dass die Bestellung eingegangen ist. Jedoch hab ich nie eine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Habe dann eine Woche später eine Email geschrieben und keine Antwort erhalten. Dann auch auf Instagram versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen. Wurde dort auch ignoriert. Mittlerweile sind 2 Wochen vergangen und langsam muss ich mir wohl überlegen wie ich mein Geld zurückbekomme.

Waited a long time (1 month) and they told me the jeans i wanted were out of stock and i could order any other product from their store. The order arrived in 1 week and they sent stickers and their necklace along with it. The items are high quality so if you don’t mind waiting or don’t run into something out of your control i would recommend

Says on the website it says 5-7 shipping days to europe. I have now waited for almost a month and there is no update in the shipping, and their customer service doesn’t answer, just leave you on read.

Unprofessional company, and dare i say a scam

- Falsche Mütze geschickt
- Support antwortet nicht
- Auf Instagram wird auch nicht geantwortet
- Zurückschicken ging auch nicht
