First class customer service and stunning quality.
I had a wonderful experience with Divour Diamonds. I initially ordered a pair of earrings that arrived the very next day. While lovely they were a bit too small for what I wanted, so I called the company. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly helpful- he recommended a larger, more suitable pair and sent me the link right away.
I ordered the new pair and sent the original ones back. The new earrings arrived the next day and are absolutely stunning! They even came in a special presentation box with a light that makes them glisten beautifully. To top it off, my return was also delivered the next day and my refund was processed immediately. Fast shipping, effortless returns and top tier service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I was also really impressed with the customer service. There was an issue with the delivery address, which was completely my error, but the team contacted me straight away to check the details and then dispatched the bracelet promptly once everything was confirmed.

I went to Hatton garden to buy an engagement ring after doing my homework on a few shops there and picking the 1s I’d like to visit that could cater for me…however as soon as I got there that all went out the window and I became very confused as to what I wanted, wandering aimlessly looking in windows. I stopped by Divour Diamonds and a gentleman named Aashay (name on the card I was given) was the only person to come out to me and ask if I was ok. We went inside and he asked me what I was looking for so explained to him, he brought out a few rings similar to what I explained, I told him my worries about the design I had in mind and was reassured by him straight away that even after I’d proposed if I wanted to make changes it could easily be done and at a fair price.

I chose Divour Diamonds simply on the fact that that man was the only 1 that came out to me and asked if I needed help when I was obviously struggling which straight away tells me they have great customer service.

It was a great choice in the end as the ring I purchased was beautiful! And beautifully presented in a box with a light that shines on the ring when opened! They helped me choose what kind of diamond, ring type, how many carats etc…can not fault the customer service it was excellent and so was the price!

I purchased a white gold diamond ( not lab grown) tennis bracelet for my daughter’s wedding day gift. The staff were incredibly helpful and all done online. We came across Divour in Hatton Garden when looking to buy an eternity ring. They were incredibly helpful and patient, taking us through different designs and talking through options. We eventually chose a 1.5 carat natural diamond design. The price was also good value. The final ring is stunning and of beautiful quality. Would highly recommend.

Bought a beautiful tennis bracelet from Divour Diamonds. Fantastic quality and price. Service in shop was fantastic. After purchase had a few questions and didn't collect certificate for valuation. Contacted Divour who were so helpful. Answered my questions and sent certificate by email and then also by post. Would definitely recommend this shop.
